Yeah, they do act like little kids. They are very jealous of o e another and require lots of attention just like kids. It amazes me to see how they are when I interact with one and not the other. They really are funny. They keep me entertained, that's for sure.

Indian ringnecks are so talkative. Here audience can also watch indian made videos where parrots talk more clearly than Kiwi coz of proper training. And lots of love to Kiwi.

Hopefully it’s not very clingy. My cockatiel always wants to be with me. As soon as I leave it starts yelling for me to comeback or just flies to me. Anyway it’s fun, just hard to do things when it wants you to scratch its head. I don’t know if other birds are like this since this is the first I’ve ever had, but yeah definitely do your research, these aren’t your average pets. Still fun though.

How friendly are they, ref being a one person bird or ok with everyone? Only ask as I am researching into getting a small parrot, but have grandchildren youngest five, so would prefer one that can get along with everyone

came to videos of them after remembering when I rescued one off the side of the highway of all places- luckily he’s living a great life as a resident at a wonderful bird rescue now

My Parrot is really fascinated with her, he was just a month old when he first saw this video and since then it remains his favorite. As soon as this video gets played he'll just run to the TV, close his eyes and start making real cute voices just like when a mother loves her child. Thank you soo much!!

Hello! I just want to share something from our own living room with you. We have a ring neck parakeet named Kentucky. That’s the only bird we have. My son and I were watching a few videos to see if we could learn how to train our Kentucky. But when we played videos with other parakeets, Kentucky was so fascinated. So we let her watch KZfaq. Every morning, after breakfast, she jumps on the TV and she says “where’s Kiwi? Where’s Kiwi?” And she doesn’t stop until we start KZfaq and find a video with Kiwi. So greetings from us in Norway. Kiwi has a fan here😉

I've just got myself an Indian ringneck parakeet. I'm from Dundee Scotland. Had Mr squeaks 1 week now and been usin you tube to get him comfortable in his new home and new ppl HE LOVES THIS VIDEO AND SOUNDS SO MUCH. So that gonna be part of the morning routine aswell. As he was semi tame. But lived in an aviary with other birds. So in 1 week he had sone big changes like new home cage. And new people. So today is the 1st day ive opened his cage gate/doors. So he can come out if or when he wants. The when he's used to coning out the cage and learns the layout of the room. I'm gonna start putting his fave treets around the room an them some near me. Then start to bring the treets closer to me so gets more used to being beside me. Gonna take time and patience for it to work the ways I'd like it to go but me and Mr squeaks will gwt there. He's so cool I love him so much. Hopefully gwt him fully tame and used to human contact. Then gonna get another bird

@@lateknight9270 The only bird other than birds of prey illegal in my state is a quaker parrot. Also not ment in a mean way however they are birds not just things. I live in PA, and these laws are so tight you can not have a bird shipped to you in your state if it is illegal. The airports have lists of illegal animals in every state and yes they do check.

My Isaac, who looks exactly like Kiwi, insists several times a day on watching Kiwi. Anytime I pull out my phone he comes running over and stands waiting for a video. If I pull up KZfaq on TV and there's a line of possible bird videos to watch he gets at the bottom of the TV, stands under Kiwi's video. There could be other green ringnecks but he knows which one is Kiwi.

Kiwi does that too when he sees other bird videos. He loves to watch other birds. He really loves looking at himself so I always turn the camera on him so he's sees himself. I guess he thinks it's another bird he's talking to.

Yes, he and Dash both love their cage. A friend built the little play station out of PVC for them.

Awwww, that is so sweet. My Kiwi does that too when I play other Ringneck Parrot videos. He loves to watch and to talk to the other birds. That is how he learned to talk.

I just got a 4 month old boy Violet Indian Ringneck Parrot and played this video for him. He talked back and it made him more comfortable in adjusting to his new home, Kiwi made me laugh and excited to see what BLU will say and do 🐦❤

I have a pet ringneck this bastard has lived over 25 years, I’m 24. And he eats literally ppl food nothing else besides his veggies and water . He gunna be the last man standing
