November 8, 2016, was a historical date for India because of the sudden announcement of demonetization by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the process of demonetization, Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes were discontinued immediately. Economic experts of the country and abroad also wrote in favor of and opposition to this decision. Here's what the stand-up comedian Varun Grover has to say about the people's struggle and after-effects of the decision in a comic sense.

Shrey Shekhar मेरे कुछ सवाल (bjp) और मोदी सरकार से । माननीय PM नरेंदर मोदी जी ● 2 साल से ज्यादा आपकी सरकार को बने हुए हो गए । आप गुजरात के विकास मॉडल की बात करते हुए , मीडिया को मैनेज करके भारत देश के PM बन गए , आप जिन मुद्दों की बात करते हुए देश के pm बने । आपको वो याद है । चलो में बता देता हूँ । ■ 1. आप कहते थे काला धन वापस आएगा , अगर मुझे pm बना तो 100 दिनों में काला धन वापस ला दूंगा , नहीं लाया तो मुझे फाँसी दे देना । क्या हुआ ??? भूल गए ??? ■ 2. आपने कहा था सब लोगों के अकाउंट में 15 लाख आएंगे आ गए ??? क्या ?? ■ 3. आपने कहा था, हमारी सरकार आएगी तो कश्मीर में धारा 370 हटा देंगे क्या हुआ ??? हट गयी ?? ■ 4. आपने कहा था , हमे पूर्ण बहुमत दो हम अयोध्या में राम मंदिर का निर्माण एक साल में करा देंगे । क्या हुआ वहां 1 ईंट भी लगी क्या। ■ 5. आपने कहा था , हम FDI को नहीं आने देंगे , ये देश हितों के खिलाफ है । क्या आपने FDI को रोक दिया । ■ 6. आपने कहा था , कांग्रेस ने भ्रष्टाचार किया है देश को लूटा है , रोबर्ट वाड्रा को जेल भेजेंगे , सोनिया गांधी को जेल भेजेंगे । भेज दिया ?? ■ 7. आपने कहा था मुझे DELHI भेजो , में देश का चौकीदार बन कर रहूंगा । विजय माल्या 9000 CR लेकर भाग गया । आपके सामने आपने क्या किया ??? ■ 8. आप ने कहा था मुझे PM बनाओ में गाय की रक्षा करूंगा । बीफ का निर्यात बंद होगा , बंद करा दिया क्या । ■ 9. आपने कहा था भाइयों बहनो , बहुत हुयी महंगाई की मार अबकी बार मोदी सरकार , क्या सस्ता किया आपने , बताओ , 2 साल पहले जो दाल 70 थी आज 200 है , जो नेट पैक 98 का आता था , आज 250 का है , सर्विस टैक्स 12 %था , आज 16% हो गया , रेल टिकट जो 500 की थी , आज 750 की है , हर चीज़ महंगी हुयी है । ■ 10. आप कहते थे , मुझे PM बनाओ में रुपए को मजवुत करूँगा , 2 साल पहले डॉलर 57 था आज 68 है । क्या हुआ आपका विकास मॉडल क्या था ??? ■ 11. आप कहते थे , बहुत हुयी डीजल पेट्रॉल की मार अबकी बार , मोदी सरकार । तो सर जब कांग्रेस के टाइम में , कच्चे तेल की कीमत 130 डॉलर पर बैरल थी , तब वो 72 RS पर लीटर दे रहे थे । MKT रेट पर सर आप PM बने रेट इंटरनेशनल MKT के कम हो गए 130 से 35 डॉलर पर बैरल आ गया , तो क्या पेट्रोल 30 RS लीटर नहीं होना चाहिये था , आपने 65 बेचा । ■ 12. आपने कहा था की मुझे PM बना दो , किसानों का सारा लोन माफ़ कर दूंगा । सर क्या हुआ भूल गए ?? लोन माफ़ हो गया क्या । हां लेकिन किसानों का तो नहीं आपने आपके गरीब दोस्त उधोगपतियों के जरुर हजारो करोड के लोन माफ कर दिए ■ 13. सर आप कहते थे पाकिस्तान हमारा एक सैनिक मारेगा हम 10 सर लाएंगे । पाकिस्तान ने घर में घुस कर पठानकोट एयर बेस पर हमला किया । आपने क्या किया ?? जांच के लिए उन्ही को बुला लिया । हद कर दी आपने । ■ 14. आपने कहा था की बुलेट ट्रेन आएगी क्या हुआ ?? आपने कहा था ?? स्मार्ट सिटी बनेगी , चलो में मानता हूँ ये काम 2 साल में नहीं हो सकते इनमें वक़्त लगता है । इसके लिए आपको टाइम मिलना चहिये । दिया वक़्त । ■ 15. आपकी DELHI बीजेपी कहती थी , कि DELHI को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा देंगे , क्या हुआ काम कहाँ तक पंहुचा । DELHI को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिया क्या । ■ ●◆●◆ सर आपका विकास मॉडल , गुजरात मॉडल क्या था । देश जानना चाहता है , ?? आपने ये कभी नहीं कहा था , की में PM बनकर दुनिया की सैर करूंगा , और खुद तय करूँगा , कि दुनियां गोल है , सर आपने 2 साल 2 महीने बर्वाद कर दिए , आप ने PM बनने के बाद 10 राज्यों में चुनाव लड़ा 8 में हार गए हैं , इससे पता चलता है । कि आप की credibility अब खत्म हो रही है । अभी 2 साल बचे है जिसमे कुछ कर लो , अभी आप पंजाब , गोआ , गुजरात , और up के चुनाव की तैयारी भी करेंगे , मान लो आप इन 4 राज्यों में हार गए । तो 2019 में pm बने रहना मुश्किल हो जाएगा । आप तो गुजरात चले जाएंगे । आपके फेस बुक भक्तों का क्या होगा । हमारे लिए ना सही अपने भक्तो के लिए । देश हित में कोई 1 काम अच्छा कर दो । ताकि आपको डिफेंड कर सके । ●
