02:00 mix Milk or ghee for danedar besan
03:10 review danedar besan
03:20 mix ghee & besan
04:10 roast besan in slow flame
06:45 add milk
07:50 mix condensed milk
08:45 mix cardamom powder
09:00 transfer better in container
10:05 barfi cutting

CONDENSED MILK IS MADE FROM MILK & SUGAR(1.5 or 2 times sugar), SO MAKING MONTHAL WITHOUT SUGAR MISLEADING. SOME ADD MILK WHEN MAKING MONTHAL.

I love mohanthal, so far in my 71 years I have enjoyed this Gujarati sweet twice, other than that I have never had mohanthal made delicious I might try your recipe, thank you for sharing
