गूळ घालून केलेले "नाचणीचे पौष्टिक लाडू" /Nachaniche Ladoo
हे नाचणीच्या सत्वापासून किंवा नाचणीच्या पिठापासून बनवलेले iron आणि calcium भरपूर प्रमाणात असल्याने खूप पौष्टीक असलेले लाडू 15-20 दिवस room temperature वर व्यवस्थित टिकतात.
Ingredients
Ragi flour/नाचणी सत्व/नाचणीचं पीठ -2 cup
Clarified butter/ghee -1/2 cup
Grated Jaggery/किसलेला गूळ-1.5 cup
Cardamom powder/इलायची पूड-1/2 tsp
Dryfruits/सुकामेवा
