ሀይሌ ለኔ ሮል ሞዴሌ ነው የሱን ሀሳቦች በቀጥታ ገልብጬ የህይወቴ መርህ አድርጊያቸዋለሁ እና እንደሱ ጎበዝና አሸናፊ ለመሆን ደካማነት ይሰማኛል ። ዛሬ ግን ሀይሌም ፈተና እንደሚጫነው አየሁ እኔ የሚሰማኝ ጭንቀት እንደሚሰማው ስኬት ብቻ ሳይሆን ውድቀትንም እንደሚያስተናግድ አየሁ። ሀይሌ የኔ አስተማሪ የበለጠ አከበርኩት። መሪዎች ሀይሌን እንደዚ ብትንትን አርጋችሁ ሞተር በትናችሁ ስላሳያችሁኝ በጣም አመሰግናለሁ ትክክለኛው መንገድላይ እንዳለሁ አይቻለሁ።

Hail's comments are for real based on the experiences. The concret practices and observations. I appreciate the comments about the government of prosperity party. About general practices of private organizations. Being the professional workers alone is not enough but practices matters. The education system that deprived from practices. I love what Hile said about entitlement. I have noticed when my American frieds talk about money and wealth, they say " my dad owns this and that" or " my parents". They recognize their dad's money is their dad's. They don't say it's" our" money. It's the opposit in Ethiopia. That's one of the reason kids from rich families in Ethiopia don't get richer. They always think their dad's money is their money and dont feel motivated to work hard. Most are busy spending their parents money insted of making more money.

Kenean right you are! Haile is the most hambel and down to earth Ethiopian Hero. He is really exceptional in athletics and business discipline. I wish to see his business empire especially Haile Resort being franchised everywhere in the glob due to his remarkable goodwill and brands. The slogan he has some two decades ago "Never giveup!" Sounds powerful. God bless our legendary Haile!
