. For stuffing
. 50 gms grated cheese
(2 cube)
. 1 medium onion
.1 chopped green chili
. pinch of chili flakes
. chopped coriander leaves
. 1+1 tsp Italian mix herbs
. pinch of salt
. clarified butter( ghee)

I used to do similar paratha but i softened the onion, turned off gas and then added the cheese and coriander to it and salt. These mixture I could keep in fridge and turn into parathas next morning for everyone 's tiffin
