Rallye Köln Ahrweiler 12.11.2022 filmed in cooperation with Auto Addiction.
MOIN LEUTE/ HELLO EVERYONE,
Finally a brand new video from the Nurburgring Nordschleife, this time not Touristenfahrten but the highlights of the Rallye Köln Ahrweiler which finally took place again after 2 cancelled years. During the Köln Ahrweiler rally, the participants drive the complete Nordschleife but in reverse which gives for some very interesting moments and quite a few crashes. I was trying to work out if he yanked on the handbrake and did it deliberately, had the feel of a drifter showing off. If it was genuine then fair play to the guy.

Legend has it that the Renault is still parked there. Where are the safety marshals? This seems very unlike the usual safety standards there.

Very nice video, it's interesting to see rally cars on the Ring, and even in reverse 😄 hurts to see that R5 Turbo and Escort though 😔

Great vid, some decent drivers there. Unfortunately even they come unstuck on the ring sometimes. Was painful to see that Renault and the Escort hit the barriers. Nice cars.

Looks like it was a nice day, but given how many issues there were, the track must have been cold. They were definitely struggling for grip. Great seeing those rally cars, but sucks seeing them get binned.

köln ahrweiler rally hab ich mal stecke abgesichert , war damals im deutschen hilfsdienst - is fast 40 jahre her

Glad the Fina M3 was not damaged ! Shame about the Escort , got it right first time , panicked and hit the brakes second circuit !

I know, take your Renault to the track, crash it because you can't drive it then brake hard while it is in the middle of the track. Epic drive son.

Taking a Renault 5 Turbo for anything but a casual drive is stupid. This is an Ornament, not a 2020 Impreza Turbo you can buy as many as you wish and wreck them all.

Who came up with that brilliant idea of driving the opposite way, with some areas still wet. As the section where the Escort crashed, the road is visible to the driver at a rather late point, downhill and wet does the rest. To be fair he came through the second time, should have already known. Also trying to save it might have done less damage than just brake and skid straight into the rails.

Der Typ in der Nr 8 hat definitiv zu lernen wie man in einer Kurve driftet statt nur auf der Bremse zu stehen genau wie anzufahren. Fürs kurvenfahren sollte er mal bei den BMWs in die Lehre gehen..

Dir ist aber klar das dieser Skoda kein Heckantrieb hat und demnach auch anders gefahren werden sollte als ein BMW? Zum Anfahren, die meisten haben eine ganz andere Kupplung verbaut, ist nichts mehr mit mal eben normal anfahren. Sowas passiert.....Davon abgesehen lassen selbst Profis bei Rundstrecken Rennen ihre Autos in der Boxengasse verrecken.

Ich frag mich echt, ob die Strecke in der Richtung überhaupt “sicher“ ist. Weil die Leitplanken und insbesondere Leitplanken-Öffnungen ja für die andere Fahrtrichtung konzipiert sind.

@@Breenild Wenn das nicht sicher wäre, dürfte die Rallye dort so gar nicht stattfinden. Die 'Taschen' sind dabei im Zweifelsfall extra gesichert. Einen zusätzlichen Gefahrenpunkt stellen sie nicht dar.

sehr verwirrend, wenn die Fahrzeuge entgegen der eigentlich vorgegebenen Fahrtrichtung unterwegs sind.

De Nürburgring is zeer tricky. Hij ging er ook te hard in maar er is meer; op de Nordschleife ligt veel rubber en soms ook wat olie en deze bocht is wat vochtig doordat ie aan de noordkant van het bos ligt, veelal in de schaduw - en het is er steil ... Het is asfalt is er gewoon superglad

Alter schwede fett glitschig.was ist denn der e46 für einer ? Richtiger m3 glaube ich nicht aber sequenziell und nur 1 abgasrohr??? Wer was weiss sagt es ruhig😁 Beim e30 geht mir was ab leckerchen

Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, daß das Fahren auf der Rennstrecke überhaupt nichts mit dem Fahren auf der normalen Straße zu tun hat. Ich bin allerdings noch nie auf einer Rennstrecke gefahren, nicht als Passagier und schon gar nicht als Fahrer.

Wieso werden die Fahrzeuge nicht geborgen. Warum gibt es keine Flaggen, geschweige denn Marshalls?? Bei jeder anderen Veranstaltung wäre erstmal doppel gelb.

Warum schwenkt man keine gelbe Flagge oder die rot gelbe Flagge es währe doch schade gewesen bei einem Klassik Rennen wenn noch mehr Autos zu schaden gekommen währen Mfg
