Health agencies have raised concerns about the compound PFOA, which was previously used to make Teflon. However, Teflon has been PFOA-free since 2013. Today's non stick and Teflon cookware is completely safe for everyday home cooking, as long as temperatures do not exceed 500°F (260°C).

മനുഷ്യനെ comfortable ആക്കുന്ന എല്ലാറ്റിനോടും ചിലർക്കൊക്കെ എന്തോ വൈരാഗ്യമാണ് ... Washing machine നല്ലതല്ല, ഗ്യാസ് അടുപ്പിൽ വേവിക്കുന്നത് നന്നല്ല , ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ വച്ച ആഹാരം കൊള്ളൂല , Ac നന്നല്ല , cooker ഇൽ വച്ച ആഹാരം കൊള്ളില്ല , മിക്സിയിൽ അരച്ചാൽ രുചിയില്ല ... അങ്ങനെ mechanised ആയ എല്ലാറ്റിനോടും വെറുപ്പാണ് .. ഒരു തരം sadism aanu ഇത് എന്നാണു തോന്നുന്നത് .... madam I am running a appliances service center, so i need to clarify a small tjing. Washing machines are essential but please clean your Tub atleast in 6 months. If semi automatic please clean it in three months. If you need I will share the pictures inside the machines

Nice explanation for the teflon pans. But after the coat get peeled off the food items will be in direct contact with the base metal in that case if the base metal is food grade aluminum will there be any defects cooking in it.

Thanks for the informative video. Another popular belief is that, since we use Kodampuli (Garcinia cambogia) for cooking fish, Kodampuli contains some acids and will react with metals. So, this is one reason people avoid cooking fish curry in metal vessels and go for clay pots. Is there any point in this argument? Could you please do a video on that?

Teflon കോട്ടിങ്‌ഗ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ അലുമിനിയം പാത്രം ആയി മാറും.അപ്പോൾ അലുമിനിയത്തിൽ പാചകം ചെയ്താലുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഗുണമോ ദോഷമോ കൂടി പറയുന്നത് ഉചിതമായിരിക്കും

Parabens cancer ന് കാരണമാകുന്നതായി കേട്ടിട്ടില്ല. അത് ഒരു skin irritant ആയ preservative ആണ്. Low cost ആയതോണ്ടാണ് അത് പല products ലും ഇപ്പഴും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. High end products ൽ അതിന് പകരം വേറെ skin irritation ഉണ്ടാക്കാത്ത better preservatives ആണ് use ചെയ്യാറ്, So അപ്പൊ അവര് അത് market ചെയ്യുന്നു
