N64 Controller Stick Replacement

10 ай бұрынN64 controller sticks are notorious for becoming floppy after extended use. You could spend the big bucks on a new genuine controller (that will likely have the same issue sooner or later) or you could take your chances with a third-party version. Instead, why not simply replace the stick in your existing controller? This “repair” is so easy your gran could do it. Using a readily available and cheap replacement module, in this tutorial I’ll show you how to repair your Nintendo 64 controller using just a screwdriver.

Yeah but does this off brand stick line up with the old alignment cause that’s what all second hand replacements of this type of controller have an issue with

Seems fine in my testing. I guess there is a chance that some parts out there could be subpar.

Most of these cheap gamecube style n64 joysticks have terrible range and a huge deadzone. You are better off just buying Kitsch Bent replacement parts

Awesome. I've been waiting for a 3rd party to make a better quality version of these analog sticks for a while.
