N64 controller sticks are notorious for becoming floppy after extended use. You could spend the big bucks on a new genuine controller (that will likely have the same issue sooner or later) or you could take your chances with a third-party version. Instead, why not simply replace the stick in your existing controller? This “repair” is so easy your gran could do it. Using a readily available and cheap replacement module, in this tutorial I’ll show you how to repair your Nintendo 64 controller using just a screwdriver.
