I think he made shorts in Futures. In India we can short in futures and hold, but for equity it's not allowed. Now you revealed your trading secret Sir. @Navidha Melam Shorting for positional can only be done under F&O, be it stocks or indices.. Sir definently would have used F&O to hedge his positions.. this is what all Big investors do, so that they profit or minimize the loss even market falls..

Today you have given very useful information and even went a step forward and revealed how you trade. But for us we don't even know how to place order for Shots. So when you showed how you played we couldn't comprehend the whole details fully. So if you could break the technicals further we could easily understand. Different trees grow more types of branches with the same water(market). Identify the branches for your tree if not for many trees. This is an analogy
