INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
2 - 3 Tbsp OIL
4 - 5 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger Grated
1 Onion
1/4 Cup Corns
1 Carrot
1/4 Capsicum
1/4 Cup Peas
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red CHili Powder
2 - 3 Green Chillies
4 Boiled Potatoes
1 Tbsp Salt
2 tsp Pizza Seasoning
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper
Coriander Leaves
8 Bread Slices
FOR BINDING
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Refreshed Poha
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
FOR BATTER
1 Cup Maida
Water as Needed (1 Cup for Reference)
