Kashmiri Red Chili Powder कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Water पानी - 1/4 cup
Mustard Oil सरसों का तेल
Cumin Seed जीरा - 1 tsp
Mustard सरसों - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida हींग - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Seed साबुत धनिया - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion कटा हुआ प्याज - 2
Ginger अदरक - 1 tbsp
Garlic लहसुन - 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Chili कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
Green Peas हरे मटर - 1 cup
