I found your video and channel by chance and I'm really glad I did. I've been trying to find a good naan recipe for some time and tried a few with mixed results. Thank you for this detailed video. Your final product looks so good. I love the tutorial. I learnt so many tips - I really appreciate it. Thanks again. BTW, you mentioned you were going to do a video on tandoori chicken. I did a search and couldn't find it. Can you tell me if you've already done and I just didn't find it or if it's yet to come?

Hi Saurbh. Yes you can skip the eggs if you like eggs only give them some extra softness. And it’s better if you left them at room temperature at least for 1 hour then you can put them in Cooler if you put them right away after making the ball then fermentation process will not start.

Hi Tim, If you are in Pakistan then when you go to the market ask them to give you white flour. If you are not in the Asia then you can use untreated all purpose flour that's the fine atta. Hi, when you use the mixer for 12 minutes was it on low or high speed. Also when you leave the dough for 8 hours or even 24 hour is it in the kitchen or in the fridge?? - thanks

Hi FilyBrit, Sorry for the confusion. For the mixing that’s on median speed. When it’s ready cover the dough and rest for 4 hour in room temperature or 12 hour refrigerator before use. If you have any other question please please feel free to ask. Thank you

Hi Pearl, 30 min good enough or if you don’t have enough time then you can make the balls and microwave them for about 30 Sec each then cover them and leave for 5 minutes before use. Thank you for your love and support ❤️❤️❤️

yeast we store in the fridge becuase the yeast we use is fresh yeast. For the sugar one i use is crystal but you can use any sugar in the recipe.

Hi Amir, if you have to use them then just leave them at room temperature if you don`t want to use them then you can keep them in refrigerator when dough is ready to use. and take them out 30 minutes before use. if you have any other question please feel free to ask. Thank you

Hi Millie, This naan dough you can keep in your refrigerator easily 3 days. But keep in mind when ever you have to use keep it out 30 min before or if temperature is too high then 15 min before use. Yes you can use same dough for the cheese Naan, Aloo naan or any other naan I will share all recipes soon. Thank you for your love and support ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Dhaval, You can use yogurt or milk also is fine. Egg is optional just give some extra softness.

Thanks alot for sharing your recipe, I have clay tandoor at home ,can I use the same recipe for my tandoor. Will this dough stick to clay or not .any tricks or technique? Any suggestions appreciated

Hi and thanks a lot again Should I cover the dough when I rest it for 6-8 hours ? Can I put it in fridge or room temperature? If I want to freeze the dough, should I freez it as soon as I make it or after 6 -8 hours rest ? Thanks in advance

Hi Hamid, yes we cover the dough while resting. if weather is hot then 2 to 3 hours at room temperature is good. then you can put that into the fridge. if you like you can freeze the dough after first 2 to 3 hours rest at room temperature. if you have any question please feel free to ask. thank you

Yes you can skip egg and keep with milk. Egg is optional.

Thank you for your reply- I will try it this week- going to make the sweet Peshawari naan’s they make at Indian restaurants here in Texas - stuffed with a paste of cherries, ground almonds, cashews pistachios and coconut…I think 🤔

Hi Ali, Price for this oven start from 25k$ to 50k$ depends how big you need the one I am using is the 25k. But before starting that you have to see with city they allow you to burn woods or not.
