Ingredients for basic naan dough
maida 1 kg
water 300 ml
milk 250 ml
½ tblspn salt
1 tblspn sugar
½ tea spoon baking powder
4 tblspn oil
1egg (optional)
for onion kulcha
1 med onion chopped
⅓ tea spoon salt
pinch of turmeric powder
pinch of red chilli powder
pinch of roasted jeera powder
1 Green chilli chopped
some fresh chopped coriander
some fresh chopped mint

हम भी जब काम सीखते थे तब हम भी मैदा के साथ गुसा निकलते थे1992 में एक फाइव स्टार होटल में पुराने दिन याद आ गए मैदा हमे 10 किलो से 15 किलो दिया जाता था बहुत घुटने छिले हुए हैं एक दो साल तो किचिन मे रेल बनी हुई होती थी शेफ बनना कोई आसान नहीं है❤

God bless your clean and giving heart. When possible, please share Tandoori Roti dough. Was able to make Naan with good success in my backyard Tandoor, but never came close to Tandoori Roti what you get at Dhabba in India. Something missing with Roti dough or proper heat in Tandoor.
