I was a heroin addict for 8 years, homeless at a time. I still brushed my teeth once a day. I’ve got gum disease, my teeth are rotting out, they don’t look anything like that. This is a man who doesn’t brush his teeth. That brown is not just rot it’s accumulated gunk cause he doesn’t brush his teeth. I feel for the dentist who supposed to work in that mouth. My teeth aren’t even that bad as far rank smells go and I eat a mouthful of mints before I see the dentist. Next appointment is feb 8th. I legit just almost died from a tooth infection that spread to my jaw bone. Couldn’t eat for 6 weeks. I started out 135 pounds got all the way to 117. His mouth will kill him, without change🙏

It’s like 10k in work at the dentist I’m going to but it’s all covered except for like a 1000$. That’s a miracle. My teeth are jacked up, I’ll have partial dentures after. It could be so much more money though. It’s actually a dentist school that’s doing the work but it’s cool af. There’s multiple dentists, and an apprentice who doesn’t do the work but they’re there to watch the actual dentist, and do the assessment. They loved me and it was super interesting. They loved me cause I had cracked teeth, old failed repairs of chipped teeth, teeth at almost every point of decay. A filling I’ve had my whole life from my artist of an uncle who’s a super super talented dentist. The dentist doing the teaching explained how i was like this unicorn patient to the learning dentists. He said I had a couple pop quiz teeth😂 that look like XYZ but are really ZYX. There’s new apprentices every 2 weeks, and I’m about to back in a couple days. I’ll get a teeth cleaning but it’s to help teach mainly.

I brush my teeth once every morning, if I forget to brush them my mouth feels dirty. I have no idea how someone can go so long their teeth rot, turn brown and black colors and literally smell like poop. I only spend a few minutes a day brushing my teeth one time. I’m 36 and still have all my teeth. It really doesn’t take much effort. I would be so embarrassed to kiss a girl with a mouth full of rotten teeth that stink like poop. I’m not trying to sound like I’m better than anyone because I’m not, I’m fat and lazy but come one spend 3 minutes one ur teeth a day.

@@lucian5389 naw I brush once a day. Just went to the dentist for the first time is 5 years and he said he’s never seen someone’s teeth so clean for not coming in 5 years. The best thing anyone can do is use a water pik once a day and focus on cleaning between ur gums and teeth that’s the most important thing you can do. Lots of people have bad breath because of all the crap stuck in between ur gums and teeth, cleaning there will prevent from having gum infections, ur gums separating from teeth, tooth decay. You literally could use a dry tooth brush to get the crap off the top of ur teeth and use a water pik and your teeth will be in much better shape then someone that just brushes and flosses. Floss doesn’t clean as good as a water pik. You gotta use a water pik that plugs into the wall they are stronger then the battery powered and hold more water. It takes about 4 tanks of water to clean ur mouth with the water pik you can’t just use one tank and do it quickly, also should have the pressure at highest setting. If ur gums hurt on the highest setting then start with a lower setting and over a week or 2 ur gums won’t hurt anymore, they hurt and bleed because ur gums aren’t clean enough and ur gums are trying to heal. Before using the water pik I would get a cleaning every 6 months brushing 2-3 times a day and every cleaning the dentist said I’m not brushing and flossing enough and the cleaning is gonna take twice as long because it’s so bad and after using the water pik I stopped getting regular cleanings because they kept telling me my teeth and gums were perfectly clean.

Probably drugs. I used to use heroin and opiates and cocaine but I at least brushed my teeth and kept in fairly decent shape. I knew some people that didn't though. Most homeless people that look beat up, it's because they threw their life away and just use drugs now

The toothpaste you use is more important than the frequency with which you brush your teeth. I had terrible breath when I used mainstream toothpaste like Crest and Colgate. When I switched to Hello’s coconut oil and mint toothpaste bad breath went away. It’s because the soap base in many toothpastes destabilizes your mouth microbiome, while natural toothpaste supports it.

Also because of the rot going on in his mouth he has higher than normal bad bacteria probably developing tonsil stones at the same time , which are small crushed peanut size masses that have the worst smell ever.

There's a guy I once worked with that had similar breath. No exaggeration sometimes I take a shit and it smells exactly the same and it makes me think of him. His teeth were absolutely rotting out of his mouth.

I met a girl one time, we went on a date. We went to the cinema, I notice a little gone off rotten smell in the cinema. Wasn’t to bad as I thought it might the people behind letting a fart out on accident. I did say to her at one point, they fucking stink behind us. Then we decided to go out for a bit of food afterwards and I notice whilst looking in her eyes engaging in a conversation that the smell came back and was even more potent, it was so potent I can literally smell it all around our table like it was contaminating my drink and food. I went to the bathroom go for piss and came back and I can smell it whilst walking back to towards her, I was literally 3 or 4 metres away and can smell it. Anyway we left and I took her back home in the car, she starting mumbling and singing the songs playing on the radio 🤢 it was so bad, I thought it was rude if I cracked the window open so sat down trying my absolute hardest not to vomit the whole 30 minutes it took to get her home. As soon as she left I laughed so hard because I drove home with all my windows open. She was very pretty girl and her teeth looked absolutely fine and just couldn’t work out why it was so bad and how she didn’t notice her own breath smell.

@@anaccount7923 really, her teeth looked almost immaculate so had to be something else.. Like I smelt bad breath 100s of times. Especially at school and the teacher talks to you. It was just bad breath, I feel like I can deal with that. But this was something else, I never knew a mouth could smell like that. I think I’d rather smell sewage it was so bad. Like it filled the whole room up like a bad eggy fart.

@@aaronm2283 There’s a chance it was tonsil stones. It’s when a bunch of food debris and mucus gets trapped in your tonsil pores and creates little stones , you can look it up.

@@aaronm2283 I once had a female co-worker, she was beautiful and her teeth looked fine, but litteraly smelt like sh*t from her mouth. Some medical problems can make someone smell, but i guess when somebody smells like sh*t from their mouth, maybe they actually ate sh*t. You really won't believe what some people do, there are some crazy people out here. Beautiful looking crazy people too.
