1/2 sdt lada
1.5 sdm kaldu jamur totele
Air es dan es batu untuk merendam bakso yang direbus

2 cold egg whites
250 ml cold water or ice cubes
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1.5 tbsp mushroom bouillon (optional)
