Rice is the staple food of Nagaland.we make various kinds of dishes with the use of rice.Sticky rice cake is one among the delicious recipes that we make out of the rice.Also,Naknyulum festival is the festival of a Chang tribe of Nagaland, celebrated at the end of July.During the festival,the rice cake made of sticky rice has a significant role,every year they make the rice cake and wrap it along with meat.Then,they exchange this as gifts among themselves to celebrate the day.The rice can be kept in the fireplace or in the refrigerator whick can be stored for at least some weeks.The recipe is so delicious that it's hard to be missed...do try it.ope u liked the video

In Shan Culture (an Ethics group live in Myanmar )we add some more Jaggery (sugarcane) inside ... it's so delicious yummy ❤️

I'm amazed and happy to find this channel. Everything is so beautifully done starting from how the way its shot to the way the food is prepared so effortlessly, the food looks scrumptious . And really like the idea of incorporating traditional wares. Always eager to see lot more of this videos
