Yes, Nagoya is underrated. Even Japanese people pass through Nagoya without stopping when we go to the Kansai area of Kyoto and Osaka. Some foreigner said to me that Nagoya is not tourist city. But I personally think there could be a lot of places to visit and see in Nagoya.

One thing I forgot to add is that the headquarter of Toyota is in Nagoya. When you go to the Toyota museum, you can see many old and brand new Toyota cars which are being displayed there.

Man every time I see walks from Nagoya I can't believe how it's not so common among tourists. It's the perfect size, has major sights and some aaawesome architecture! I have just seen the train station when changing and couldn't even take a look at the mighty JR-Towers (although I've been just below them) 😆😫
@VSV_Japan
@VSV_Japan 2 жыл бұрын
On the last day, I went up to a cafe on the 50-something-th floor of JR tower. The view from there was scary but gorgeous! Maybe one of the reasons why tourists pass Nagoya is because it's located between Tokyo and Osaka. Once they get on a Shinkansen at either station, probably they fall asleep and don't even realize they have passed Nagoya. 😄

👍 late afternoon in Nagoya people coming home from work and school different age groups and school uniforms. Don’t do underground stations 🚉 to well so I skip to clearing part. And the big screen tvs on the front of the buildings with anime to. Saw the guys with the western type hats on to. Then it’s night in Aichi time to head home. If you go back to Shinjuku you have to do a 1 hour video in the new Godzilla store A Q&A for the owners including viewer’s??? about items to help the store out so when people come they know where the store is and what they have in stock. 👍📸🇯🇵

This is a trivial matter, but just for your info, I would like to mention that Nagoya is not the third largest city in Japan. Most of the foreigners tend to leave the second largest city, Yokohama, out of the city population ranking because they often take Yokohama as part of Tokyo mega metropolitan area. The city ranking in order of population in Japan:Top:Tokyo, second:Yokohama(3.77mil) in Kanagawa pref., third:Osaka(2.75mil).fourth:Nagoya(2.32mil), fifth: Sapporo(1.96mil).

@@VSV_Japan Basically the circles that there are on the body looked very similar to the ones used in UN. That ad probably promotes recycling the plastic used, and it fits well with 13th goal of climate action. And basically, those are the goals that are made in order to be sustainable for earth and for the community to thrive.
