I’m curious is it safe in Kenya at night I will be arriving like 11pm in Nairobi at night do you recommend taxi or Uber ?

If there is no other option of friends and family, then I believe Uber is the next best choice as your name and driver's name will get registered somewhere. I landed at 8 pm and also went back at 6am, it was reasonably busy, I never feel threatened. I took the ride only from Airport to Kozi Suites, Chady Road, which was just 10 to 15 minutes ride. If you take any taxi, no one knows who you went with, so Uber seems to be a beet choice plus rates u know in advance and no need to bargain.

@@binuvv5500thank you for your advice . Also I know is a strange question which SIM card would you recommend in Kenya also is Kenya 10 times safer than South Africa . Since in South Africa everyone told me to avoid taxi since I will get Rob when I was in South Africa for 2 weeks . But I’m excited to go to Kenya

@@BreakingJJC Apologies, I cannot suggest SIM as myselves did not use it. Regarding South Africa, crime rate is high and car jacking is common. Getting robbed , depends on luck, I know many people who got robbed. I used taxi a number of times in Johannesburg and Capetown, nothing happened , so I was lucky. If you are a tourist, just stick with conducted tours and you are relatively safe. Comparatively, crime rate better in Kenya .

@@binuvv5500 I’m finally in kenya for the last 9 days and I’m having a great time I notice Nairobi at night time my tour guide took me for a drive and is not a ghost town at night compare to South Africa . But I’m enjoying my time at Masai Mara,lake Nakuru and samburu and Nairobi I’m heading to Capetown on February 3 since I already been there and meeting up with my same tour guide .
