Ans: Snell's law states that the ratio of the sine of the angle of incidence to the sine of angle of refraction remains constant until medium is the same.

Here is another Noteworthy point, along with the same medium for refractive Index we should give an account for color too because colors have different Wavelengths since you may have seen when a light is passed through a prism the bottom color (last) is violet, and top in red, it is because violet (also blue) has lower wavelength and red (also orange) has more wavelength... Less wavelength=more bend towards normal and vice versa

n1 is refractive index of light in the air... n2 is refractive index of light in the denser medium like glass or water. 👍👍👍

I applied the formula n = sin i/sin r. After doing sin(50) i inversed it then divided it by 1.5 to get 33.33

When I calculate sin60/sin35.5=1.6 answer is different from sin30/sin19.5=1.5

N1 = 1 N2 = 1.5 Sin oi = 50° Sin or = ? N1 sin oi = N2 sin or 1 ^sin (50) ÷ 1.5 = sin or 0.51 = sin or Sin `1 ( 0.51 ) = or 30.66 = or Sir i get this answer !! 😣

Are bro jitna refractive index hoga utna speed kam rahega toh light bend hoga na aur jo velocity 1st medium me tha phir 2nd medium denser rahega toh speed kam hoga isliye voh bend hoga yeh hai refractive index vo measure karta hai jo light ka speed 1st medium pe aaye phir 2nd medium pe kitna speed kam hua

To convert theta into radian Sin theta = theta × pie/180 For eg. Sin30=30×3.14/180=0.5 Please like this comment ❤❤
