Nakuru Beyond the City is a brand new series on my channel that will take you around the estates of Nakuru city. You will get to learn various aspects of each estate including amenities such as schools, clubs, recreation spots, medical centres, road networks, and much more.
Sit tight and discover Nakuru.
Episode 3 goes deep into Pipeline estate, a 20 minutes from Nakuru CBD. Pipeline derives its name from the Kenya Pipeline Company depot in the area. The estate has a vibrant night life thanks to the numerous clubs in the area plus it serves as a major stop for many matatus and trucks using the highway A8 / A104. Learn more in the video.

For new apartments, 15 to 20k. Though of late new apartments wameanza kufikisha hadi 30 in Kiamunyi and Naka. But 20k you get a good one.
