Hachida avalakki is very tasty and easy snacking option. And this recipe is taken from my grand ma. Specialty of this poha or avalakki is its spicy khara and perfect mixture of all the ingredients.
Ingredients used:
2 Cup Medium Avalakki/Poha
1 onion chopped
2 Tomato chopped
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
1 Tsp sugar
4-6 Green chilli
salt
Putani
Oil
Grated fresh coconut
