I’d like to hear the difference between the stock Prometheus amp itself, compared to the Prometheus pre-amp being bypassed (a feature on the amp that enables function as a pedal platform) and then substituting the Lichtlaerm Gehenna Metal Distortion/Preamp. Essentially, determining how close the Gehenna pedal gets to the built-in pre-amp on the Prometheus. Cheers~

I love the fact than NAM pedal use the top of each component available. It has twice the power needed to run the most advanced models of nam. That’s crazy.

About the first comment. I use my Tonex pedal with my full Helix Floor. I compared them multiple times because it's more conveniant to just take my Helix in my Helix backpack instead of my clunky pedalboard. I just really prefer the feel and sound of the Tonex

Then Dimehead looks like a great unit. I've seen the demo vids, and it's an impressive unit. I've found the NAM thw plugin to have the best capture algorithm.

Nam is definitely the most accurate captures. Good idea for you to get in on the ground floor with commercial captures, my man. Your captures are *chef's kiss*

Hey Jarrod, you should check out the Orange TH30! In my opinion it’s their most modern sounding tube amp head, definitely a bit more modern than the Rockerverb.

And honestly I’m on the fence about selling my Soldano to either get a Redseven leviathan or Lichtlaerm audio Prometheus. If you could shoot out the Prometheus with one of those I’d be stoked. But if you can’t no worries! I know it can be weird to shoot out a 20 or 30 watt with a 100 watt head. I played a 30 watt slo with a 7 string and it seemed like the lower string might have been a little much for it.

Take the Prometheus and put it up against the TIGHTEST amp in your collection because that's where it shines , in my opinion. It's friggin' tight!!

Sorry for so many comments. I think although you can get some information from forums, there are many people on there that can say whatever they want regardless of truth or opinion. They do it without ever worrying about repercussion other than being blocked from a forum, but their real identity is never tainted. They could be posting bs for the sake of posting bs. Also nice Karen voice 😂

re: tonex one being a "fraud" vs the regular full size tone x - Man, what a silly comment that is! Even if they were the exact same price, there's still a nice place in the market for some people looking for ultra-portable travel/practice/backup rigs That said, let's not also forget that the new little one is less than HALF the price of the full size tone x, so yeah....How DARE they release a smaller and 1/2 price version of something that's already best-in-class for value, lol

Haha right? I think it's great that they made an even more affordable one for people. It's also a great way to get customers into their ecosystem for future products. I think it's a genius idea.
