Rhodiola?? When I was in high school and was a gymnast I had a very hippy coach. My Mom said never take anything she talked about unless I got permission from her and my dad.
@JenniRoseHGH5 ай бұрын
@triciapogue6637 Pretty good guess! Rhodiola is also a renowned adaptogen, and it has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for centuries. In TCM, rhodiola is known as "Hong Jing Tian". @JenniRoseHGH5 ай бұрын
Hi Kristy. I love history too. :) Siberian Ginseng effects everyone a little differently. It's a good idea to start with a lower dose (1/4 teaspoon of tincture) and gradually increase it (up to a teaspoon of tincture) to assess your body's response and tolerance. That usually does the trick for most people. Jenni Rose - HomeGrown Herbalist School of Botanical Medicine

I had no clue. Ginseng is not on my radar. If I can't grow it successfully I dont really study it. We have American ginseng around but it is illegal to harvest here. Unfortunately, people pay big money for it here and an illegal harvest wipes out entire patches of it. I could grow it legally, but there is a certain unsavory element that is always looking for it, that I do not want to invite near ny property.
