En réalité c'est une serie avec des personnages modernes on pourrait avoir des situations actuelles entre des familles conservatrice ( Angleterre) et modernes (usa) d'un même pays, des thématiques plutôt moderne. J'ai apprécié ce côté très actuelle avec aussi les points anciens (décor, vêtements...) Au final ça sort de l'ordinaire , donne à réfléchir sur la condition des femmes, sur les choix de vie et l'amour universel on a envie dans savoir plus un peu comme la série Mixte (qui elle est un peu plus dans l' epoque 60's )

It’s so sad bc when they’re align they made the ultimate sacrifice for her sister. Now that true love. Hopefully, true abiding love will win. Don’t you think??
