Nanna Hilmarsdottir - who uses the artistic mononym Nanna - is no stranger to The Current studio. As part of the Icelandic band Of Monsters and Men, Nanna had been at The Current three times previously. Now, touring in support of her solo album, "How To Start A Garden," Nanna returned to The Current to play songs from the album, including this song, "Godzilla."

Same here, as a whole sounds amazing, but you somehow really can feel the energy of Tomas Jonsson (Piano) and Magnus Trygvason Eliassen (drummer), but I like everything, great job also recording it of course, thx!

I love the lower guitar part in this song. Your voice pairs perfectly, and the melody carries throughout the progression. This reminds me of Manchester orchestra. Why? Probably the slow feeling g of despair thst I feel in the beginning and then grows stronger and brighter. I could see myself while listening. Thanks for such an uplifting song. Hi nanna holy smokes wow! Excellent recoding session thank you nanna & current studio for sharing so much in any business a person has to surround themselves with the best people they can get there hands on you've done just that nanna i watched this video without head ph & 3 times with head ph the great concentration on your face & instrument and every one else you put together in your band deserves so many (kudos) meeaning excellent praise i lost count lol ! & your body move ments to get yourself into th e particular song your performing as i repeat my self from other video coments your a great musical story telling artist with the voice of a songbird/angle this coment over the top no not at all just well deserved not every one can have a good voice thanks for sharing yours at the end of this song i noticed your face with straight half smile then you duct your head & there it was that famous beautiful nanna dimpled smile i knew then that you know you & your band hit the nail square on the head wow what a comment im all out of breath lol!
