Nantes France! One Of The Coolest Cities in Europe! 🇫🇷

In this travel vlog I visit Nantes in the Pay De La Loire region of France. France has always been on my lists of places to visit and I am glad I chose this epic city to start off. I tour the city on bicycle the best/quickest way for a tourist to get around, but have a bit of a disaster as you will see! I visit Les machines de Nantes to check out the giant mechanical Elephant and also a check out a magnificent old Spanish maritime boat docked on the River Loire!I also do a street interview with some French local people on whats the best thing about Nantes and what foods to try when here. I also try Nantes Gateaus which is a rum cake and I also indulge in a few too many French beers! I love the french culture/life and this foreigner will definitely be back to visit this amazing city. Definitely a great city to check out!

I've lived there for 1 and a half months! I love that city and made friends with the local. You should try their crepes!

Thank you for all the nice things you said about Nantes. You are right, everyday when I ride my bike in Nantes or walk in the street, I see that it's one of the coolest place to live :-)

You are very lucky to live there. Not only is it a great city, it has great people too. People were very kind and welcoming to me. I tell everyone back in England if you go to France for a break you need to visit Nantes. Nantes will always have a place in my heart. All the best to you

Loved that you started the video at the "Lieu Unique" bus stop, quite subtly/unconsciously hinting our city as an Unique Place. I haven't been to the city centre since confinement started in march, and I'm very nostalgic of the life and people in there thanks to your video. I've got to do something about it :)

Really enjoyed this video. As a second language French speaker I particularly loved your pronunciation of « nid » 😂 Say what you see, right ;) Really liked the rawness and lack of polishing to the video. It gives you a true flavour, unlike the overly edited videos out there that can make a dump look like a palace. Hopefully more French cities in the future!
