LORD OF THE LOST on The Heartbeat Of The Devil:
“With the pandemic and the unplanned free time - you can spontaneously record three cover versions of songs that move you at the moment. But why these three songs? "Judas" by Lady Gaga should be self-explanatory due to the title overlap with our current album. "Children Of The Damned" is a nod to our summer tour hosts Iron Maiden, who booked us as a support band. And "Wig In A Box"... well, if you don't know the movie musical 'Hedwig And The Angry Inch', you should definitely change that. We saw the movie one day and one of us yelled, 'let's cover that song!' - and as it always is with us, every spontaneous idea is put into action. Or at least it's tried."

I discovered LOTL last year when I was 55 years old! They are now my favourite band. They are magnificent live. Go and see them if you get a chance.

Funny thing is that I can enjoy everything Napalm throws at me. Great label, great musician and obviously they're free to do what they want. I don't think LOTL would have such a diversive sound with another label.

The composition of this Song Is magnificent. Melted eghties disco, classical and gothic in a smart and brillant way. But it's difficult explain how Is inspired this Song in my opinion, the only way i can explain Is that the choice of chords Is sublime and i love the way Is played and produced

❤OMG. Goosebumps feeling again. Apart from the content of the lyrics - imaginative and deeply thoughtful - I find it mega that there is so much power/dynamic in the song and in the music. Like in `Revolution` by Lord of the Lost. I love that. It almost sounds like hymns. And, the voice of Chris Harms - mega. ❤Lord of the Lost have a special style. It`s Metal with beautiful sounds. Metal/rock with electric guitar, drums, piano/synth/keyboard works great. Great song. ❤

Such a great song. I can already hear other bands cover this in their own style like Ghost, Saltatio Mortis, and Electric Callboy for some examples. It's got this 80s Cyberpunk feel and sound but could easily be melded. Fantastic job everyone!!!

Found your band recently - just a couple of years ago. I like all your experiments with styles, slow ballads and fast aggressive songs.
