AD INFINITUM on “Fire and Ice”:
2020 started with its amount of disappointments. Our plans got cancelled and we were very sad that we couldn’t present our debut album the way we initially wanted to. But in the end not being able to play live shows in front of an audience forced us to be more creative and to produce more content to share with the world! And that’s what we did. "Fire and Ice" is the first result of this work. Other surprises will come later this year including a complete live show on October 9th!

3:08-3:45 has got to be the best part of the song. Melissa's voice mixed with the hard groove of the instruments just make it so great! After just 1 album, they are already my favorite band.

I wholeheartedly agree. 😊 She has an amazing voice. Though her actual singing - singing voice is mind blowing, because it is unexpected of her after what one is used to hearing. I love, Love, LOVE the cover she did of of Liar Liar, and of course Lollipop. 😊

I agree. Cookie monster growls are a cliche in metal. For me it ruins a song, and eventually ruins the voice of the singer.

I just discovered the band this week. Can’t stop watching and listening to them. I’ve been a fan of Evanescence, Within Temptation and Lacuna Coil, but I love Melissa’s voice. Such a breath of fresh air!

A beautiful and technically perfect mezzo soprano. My discovery of the year was Nicoletta (even more beautiful, though not trained voice), but Melissa is also fantastic.

Normally I avoid a lot of new Symphonic metal bands because there are too many cookie cutter ones out there right now. But Ad Infinitum really is a breath of fresh air in an over-saturated genre.
