About Dāv Kaufman
Hey Everyone, I’m Dāv Kaufman. I’m a film producer and author and I travel around the world filming amazing reptile, fishing and animal adventures! I’m also an ardent conservationist and reptile breeder, specializing in New Caledonian geckos, bullsnakes, hognose snakes, and ball pythons, especially pied morphs. I hold a BA in History and Media Studies and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In my travels around the world, I strive to create educational and entertaining videos about all animals from common and exotic pets and how they are living in the wild, to animal caregivers and keepers of exotics, to fishing expeditions from the exotic to local waterways. A lot New Zealand geckos have also known to live around 50 years in the wild! NZ animals in general have a pattern of being slow breeding but long lived.

So sad I couldn’t make it to Tinley this time because of the wildfires! Next Tinley will be just as epic! And Dāv, I’m so sad I couldn’t pick the best lizard for the rattle on awards this time, but honesty I would’ve picked exactly what you did. That blue grandis is SPECTACULAR. 😍👏 CatAleah approves

OMG I saw Rhac House at Orlando Repticon this past February and actually held Potato! Paul is so amazing to talk to, even as someone who doesn't own any animals now but wants to in the future. He is so caring and you can tell he loves his job.

That turtle is amazing good pick. The giant day geckos are definitely the most overlooked species of gecko. They are so cool. Love that rack system. The Burmese albino pied is gorgeous.

I got into reptiles about 3 years ago, but this was the first narbc I got to go to, so many great breeders, vendors, and artists all in one place!

PAC Rack, so awesome seeing that, thanks so much for showing awesome products in these videos. Animals are cool, but great products are necessary. Having the hangars double as lids - I am sold. I have actually gone to the pains of making my own lids for tubs. Now I won't have to.

Ive caught some amazing eastern garters in the state of Michigan. Some with blue in them some with red also some of those darker black colored ones with the yellow. The garter snake has to be the most underated colubrid there is. Plus i believe they have one of the largest ranges of snakes. Im sure there is some type of garter snake in all of our states in the united states. Love the vids brother as always.

Definitely a really tough one, all 3 are gorgeous snakes. If I were to pick it would be the pied blood python. The white makes those colors pop on the blood python.

We are at the beginning of the height of the wolf river walleye run here in wisconsin!!!! A fishing video on the historic raft fisherman and the roots and history steeped in tradition of the legendary raft fishing the run, while fishing ON a raft would be REALLY awesome!
