എനിക്ക് 64 വയസ്സായി. ഞാൻ കല്ല്യാണം കഴിച്ച മുതൽ അനുഭവിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വ്യക്തിയാണ്. എനിക്ക് NPD ആണ് എന്ന് എൻ്റെ ഭാര്യ പലരോടും പറയുന്നത് കേട്ടാണ് ഞാൻ ഇതിനെ കുറിച്ച് പഠിച്ചത്. അപ്പോഴാണ് എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലായത് എൻ്റെ ഭാര്യ പക്ക NPD ആണ് എന്ന് . ഞാൻ അത് confirm ചെയ്യാൻ എൻ്റെ മൂന്ന് മക്കൾക്കും അയച്ചു കൊടുത്തു (എല്ലാവരും aged ആണ് 23, 29, 33 വയസ്സ്) അവർ മൂന്ന് പേരും ഒരേ സ്വരത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു ഇത് ശരിക്കും അമ്മയെ കുറിച്ച് തന്നെയാണ്. അതിൻ്റെ എല്ലാ symptoms അമ്മയിൽ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന്.

NDP യുടെ ഒരു ഇരയാണ് ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഭാര്യ ഒരു narcistic disorders ഉള്ള ഇപ്പോൾ 65 വയസ്സുള്ള retired gezetted ഓഫീസർ ആയിരുന്നു.. ഞാൻ ഒരു bank മാനേജർ ആയി retire ചെയ്തു . എനിക്ക് 69 വയസ്സുണ്ട്... ഞാനനുഭവിച്ച കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകൾ വളരെയാണ്... കല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ തന്നെ മാനസികപ്രശ്നം മനസ്സിലായി... മാനസികാരോഗാവിദഗ്ധരെ കാണിച്ചു.... ചികിൽസിച്ചു.. പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ തോറ്റു.... ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ മകനും ഈ പ്രശ്നമാണ്... വിദഗ്ധർ ഈ പ്രശ്നം തന്നെയാണെന്ന് പറയുന്നു.,.. വിഷ്മത്തിലാണ്.... ഞാൻ, എന്റെ, എനിക്ക് എന്നു മാത്രം പറയുന്ന എന്റെ ഭാര്യ എന്റെ ജീവിതം തകർത്തു.. എന്റെ സ്വത്തു മുഴുവൻ എഴുതി വാങ്ങി.... ഒരേ ഒരു പോംവഴി Rent a place for just yourself next to your work. visit her on weekends only for a few hours. Take your kids out for dinner or a movie. Avoid her completely. Start dating someone better. Provide her and your kids. But Stop any kind of interactions.

Hi Anitha, It is like living in hell when you live with a paranoid schizophrenic person. You can live with him if he undergoes regular treatment and therapy without fail. If not it will be difficult.

Ma'am, This is really informative.But i would like to point out something... Here some symptoms like.... missing to give a tea usually happens in every house. The husband/father says the same dialogue and in response mother/ wife says " ഇന്ന് ഒരു ദിവസം തന്നില്ല എന്ന് വെച്ച് തനിയെ ഇടുത്തു കുടിച്ചൂടെ ". This is a common dialogue i think... So there is possibility to misunderstand this as a trait of Narciscissm.

To a certain extent you will understand if you notice the red flags they raise through their mean comments, actions and bossy attitudes and selfish or possessive behaviour. But unfortunately people ignore them or invalidate it by highlighting other positives. In a romantic relationship the rose coloured glass will lighten or completely discolour the red colour.

But Mam I need to say, our Mothers generation was like so much sacrificing type& I got surprised to see a woman behaving si selfish& self-centred.that was my MIL.All the three were there_ the golden, scapegot &the forgotten!!. The youngest was very different from all the others & his Mother seems lke scared of the youngest.she never go for any confrontation with him. He understood her Character I think, he went abroad in his early 20s.which category that Child could be ,Mam.?

That child was the smart, sensible, supernova empath. Someone with positive narcissistic traits. He had self love, was sharp, able to apply logical empathy, able to recognise emotional drama, manipulation, had confidence and self-esteem.

Ma'am , താങ്കളുടെ വീഡിയോസ് ഇയ്യിടെയായി കാണുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത്തരം വീഡിയോസ് മുൻപേ കണ്ട എന്റെ wife വിധിയെഴുതി എനിക്ക് NPD ആണെന്ന്. അവള് സൂചിപ്പിച്ചതു കാരണം ഞാൻ ഇതേപ്പറ്റി കൂടുതലറിയാൻ വേണ്ടി യു ട്യൂബിൽ സെർച്ച് ചെയ്തു മാഡത്തിലെത്തി എന്ന് പറയുന്നതാവ്വും ശരി. എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയിട്ടുള്ളത് ഇത്തരം behaviors മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാവരിലും കുറേശ്ശേ കാണുന്നത് തന്നെയാണ്. For example താങ്കളുടെ NPD in women എന്ന വീഡിയോ കണ്ടതിൽ എന്റെ wife നു അതിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ മുഴുവനായും തന്നെ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി. ഇപ്പൊ വഴക്കിടുമ്പോൾ താങ്കളുടെ പേരും അതിനിടയിൽ വരാറുണ്ട് (യു ട്യൂബെരുടെ വിജയം😀😀😀). ഭാര്യയും ഭർത്താവും നർസിസിസ്റ് ആണെങ്കിൽ ഉള്ള അവസ്ഥയെക്കുറിച്ചു അറിഞ്ഞാൽ കൊള്ളാമെന്നുണ്ട്. വീഡിയോ പ്രെതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
