I love the overall rich tones of this collection. White-based pinks and tan/browns are so unflattering on most people.

Did the stain come out? If not, OxyClean Max Force Spray has gotten out everything for me...everything from thick dried on blood to ink, wine and grass stains. I won't be without it. 😘

I bought Save the Queen as an everyday wear lipstick and love it. I get about 6hrs wear before I need to retouch. Will definitely be buying more shades.

I love Low Rider, London Calling and Wild Night look really good on you. I really love Low Rider on you. I think it goes good with your skin tone. Low Rider is like a corally pink and it looks great on you!!!

Lynne speaking here love Nars products and I really like these my first purchase was Rock with You and I am on the fence about this shade probably won't get much use out of it. I love your picks especially Save the Queen everytime I try to purchase it it is out of stock. I like Don't Stop but Starwoman even better so will be purchasing that one. I just purchased Get it On. Great haul :)

same! it seems the most unique of all of them. its a color that just speaks to me. I can't wait to get it once the collection comes out. Next I would get Save the Queen, Get up Stand up, and Give it Up. What about you? which other colors would you get?

I use Tarte Maracuja Oil to remove my matte liquid lipsticks! It works like a charm!

I used to love Nars lip products but decided to quit buying them as they are no longer cruelty-free. I hope they will reconsider their choice! P.S: I loooove your nail polish!

Because of the unique formula, do you think these would be a good starter-matte liquid lipstick? I looove the idea that they are transfer-proof, but I have yet to leave the realm of creamy/nude/shimmer lipstick bullets. KVD's ELL has a beautiful shade range, but looks a little too thick and crumbly for my taste.

+Megan S I do think these would be a great place to start with matte lips! There might be a tiny learning curve because they are SO pigmented that you have to take your time and be really precise when applying.

I have the red color Don't Stop. It flakes and peels off my lower lip, every time I wear it. I only get about and hour and a half with it. Too bad, I love the color :(

+Christine N Oh no! 😭 I haven't had that problem but I do a fair amount of lip prep before wearing any matte liquid lipstick to make sure I stay comfortable... I start with a lip scrub (the bubblegum one from Lush is my favorite) then a little lip balm while I do my makeup and lastly Prep+Prime Lip from MAC just before my liquid lip.

You are supossed to.shake them.....mayne thats why the dark colors were a little patchy.

Nars is in reality not transfer proof nor is the applicators helpful. I own a handful of them and they definitely need improvement in the transfering. I always get them on my food and teeth and everywhere on cups and straws when i eat and the spiky toothpick applicator is so spiky and annoying. Other than that they are good.

+Sara Jane Haven I don't feel self conscious about my swatches at all. I take the to make sure each one is done well and I think they are actually better than fine! I just feel like I don't know what to do with my face when I'm shooting the close ups 😂
