@notgadot I'd rather have an "annoying" character than a totally useless dud like Tenten All she did was get her 🍑 handed to her in the exams & wave a fan tool around to the point of exhaust. Hinata can actually fight and evolved her gentle fist into Twin Lions. She was the only one who went to help Naruto when he was practically done for, allowed her body to be destroyed by Pain in an almost successful attempt to rescue Naruto. I don't think you give her much credit.

The only similar Rinnegan abilities they both shared were the default Rinnegan abilities, aka, what Nagato displayed with the Six Paths of Pain, but they both have a unique ability the other does not have. Madara's being Limbo Clones, while Sasuke's is Amenotejikara, and the portal he can open as well. Madara does not have those two abilities with his Rinnegan.
