How good of a partner would he be in the War Arc?

Shinno can box with and defeat Base Early Shippuden Naruto, who would have been in the Jonin tiers. At that level, and given his powers, I see him taking out Hidan, but nobody else. Nobody else below him could win against the Akatsuki, but those above him stand a better chance. However, as soon as we hit the dudes who could fight Sage Naruto, most of the Akatsuki probably loses. I don’t think anyone in the Akatsuki can defeat Menma. Rinnegan Obito could probably have a good fight with him, as he could physically box with KCM2, but even then, Menma is probably even stronger than that version of Naruto.

I would say it’s somewhat predicated if you believe Momoshiki > Kaguya as Kaguya is stated to be the strongest enemy the shinobi worked faced on the back of Boruto Volume Back 1 which would be more credible than any promotional statements for Toneri’s “strongest enemy” Also the amp from base Six Paths absolute destroys KCM 2 SM along with a stronger base Naruto it’s a little hard to argue for Toneri who wasn’t even able to damage Naruto in the fight

Kaguya was virtually unopposed in power at the time it took Naruto Sasuke DMS Kakashi & Sakura to take her down where as it only took Naruto to take down Toneri 2. Kaguya was much closer to completing her Goal then Toneri was even if Naruto had lost Sasuke could have gone and faced Toneri So because Toneri's statement is more direct it takes precedence over Kaguya's

Momoshiki in the flim was not stated to fight a 50 percent naruto that statement was in the anime and this video talks about movie versions I would say by feats toneri would win logically as he cut the moon in two it was hollow sure but still better what momo presented in his debut flim
