Thats actually debatable. If we go by raw power Naruto is more stronger than sasuke however Sasuke has more versatility than naruto with the 6 Paths of the Rinnegan as well as his Mangekyo abilities. Naruto only has his rasengan variants as well as the power of the tailed beasts which he probably hasnt mastered during this point in time thats probably why he is sticking to normal stuff and that he doesnt want to kill sasuke. One could argue that during their final clash in their avatar forms that Naruto is stronger than sasuke since he was able to match his Indra's arrow with just nature energy but you also have to take into account how impressive it is that Sasuke was able to keep that much power stable with his new Rinnegan that he had only used against Madara and Kaguya to get familiar with.

@@imaginarysora3432 Naruto/Sasuke vs Isshiki fight ended that debate. Sasuke was barely able to follow a Baryon mode Naruto who was throwing around Isshiki who handily beat Sasuke. Sasuke was no better than a spectator and indeed Naruto proved himself to be stronger than him. This also proved that Naruto was holding back at VOTE 2 against Sasuke while Sasuke had killer intent.

@@gokurippetoe8750 Well, not exactly. Under normal circumstances,Naruto wouldn't use Baryon mode,unless it's really needed. So if we're comparing non-Baryon mode Naruto against Sasuke, it's still debatable.

@@megumifushiguro4160 Why are we making Naruto hold back here? A proper comparison of powers can be made only when the two goes all out with Sasuke using all his Rinnegan tech and Naruto using Kurama to its full potential resulting in Baryon mode.

It was honestly dumb how Naruto managed to counter Indra's arrow, especially since Sasuke had absorbed the chakra of all the Bijuu

It’s really not since Indras Arrow is mainly a lightning release technique and Naruto had two wind style rasenshuriken bijudamas. Wind is stronger than lightning, completely disrupting it, and since the rasenshurikens the same size as India’s arrow it was able to dismantle it

@@megumifushiguro4160 agreed, but I believe the chakra drain is too great, bc rinnegan jutsu drain chakra a lot more than sharingan. Trying to use more than one at once would kill even the strongest of ninja, which is why sasuke could only use one 6th path power at a time. Also it’s difficult to control

Yeah that is my biggest problem with this fight they could have found another way to get indras arrow by maybe absorbing natrual lightning becuase sasuke has aperently tamed lightning
