@@TheAmericanPrometheus it's easy to make a straightforward shot with practice, so it's not unthinkable that the average person would be able to do it; you'd just assume they've practiced. You'd probably have to be a serious pro to be able to consistently make it behind your back, which Boris Johnson is not.

@@OctoRang Actually, Bills can be begun by either chamber. The only exception is money bills - "Bills for raising Revenue" as phrased in the Constitution - which must start in the House. So your point that "the bill is passed by the house and then discussed in the senate" is not (always) accurate.

The most accurate way i've seen the political differences between the two is as follows: In the US, politicians try to convince you that they're the "good guy" and the other is "the bad guy" In the UK, politicians try to convince you that they're intelligent and the other is an idiot That is the difference.

@@lorrdy7640 he was leader of the British Labour Party, stepped down recently. Combination of massive loss in a major election, falling party membership, unpopularity, and probably age. Guy whose taken over the party is more of a cardboard box then a person, but that’s politics.
