Read Ingrid's Book A Brightly Guided Life: How A Scientist Learned to Hear Her Inner Wisdom
👉 amzn.to/3TWKpAr
--------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- ---------------
Ingrid Honkala, Ph.D., marine biologist, formal NASA oceanographer, and international speaker, has had multiple spiritual transformative experiences, including two near-death experiences in childhood and adulthood and many other close encounters with death. Dr. Honkala was born in Bogota, Colombia, where she grew up with her parents and three sisters. From the moment of her first NDE at the age of two, Ingrid was aware of other dimensions of life than those most of us normally experience.
She was also gifted with the wise input of Beings of Light, who gave her invaluable insights and assistance as she faced the challenges of growing up and finding her professional destiny as an oceanographer and now as a giver of light. Throughout her life journey from her native Colombia to Europe and her eventual home in the USA - and from a deadly war zone to underwater explorations and a NASA research center - Ingrid shares how any human experience can be illumined from within when we are in alignment with inner- guidance.
In her autobiography, “A Brightly Guided Life: How a Scientist Learned to Hear her Inner Wisdom,” Ingrid details her amazing journey with the Beings of Light.
From the moment she nearly drowned in a tank of cold water at the age of three, Ingrid Honkala was aware of other dimensions of life than those most of us normally experience. She was also gifted with the wise input of mysterious “Beings of Light,” who gave her invaluable insights and assistance as she faced the challenges of growing up, falling in love, and finding her professional destiny as a research scientist and oceanographer. In a compelling life adventure that journeys from her native Colombia to Europe and her eventual home in the United States - and from a deadly war zone to underwater explorations and a NASA research center - the author reveals how any human experience can be illumined from within. If we are willing to pay attention to subtle signals, take our intuition seriously, and forgive our most challenging difficulties, anyone can experience a brightly guided life.
Please enjoy my conversation with Ingrid Honkala.

Ingrid's report hits me right in the heart, because it's so similar to an experience I had on a high dose of psychedelic. I experienced that timeless, spaceless, pure bliss that was no thing and everything, and it was a thousand times more incredible than any experience you could ever have as a human. When I came back, I realized that we have forgotten that we are an eternal light being, and I couldn't believe how everyone was going about their days completely oblivious to that truth. Took me some time to accept the fact that amnesia is a necessary part of immersing into this human experience. Everything is as it should be. Peace and love to everyone!

Beautiful. What was it you took? I had one very crazy experience myself I could share actually like that. What was even more crazy than what happened in the tunnel and other dimension was my soul visited my mom during that when she was not on any substance, and what was told to me came true. I understand you completely that it’s very difficult to come back to here after an experience like that because you feel like you come back to zombies. Everyone just walking around not knowing what they’re doing. You want to tell everyone, but you know it will never be received, so you just have to keep it to yourself and live privately with that little memory of joy.

Similar experience for me, but not because of psychedelics. That experience was more than 45 yrs ago for me and was so powerful it became the basis of my entire life from that instant forward. The entire trajectory of my life radically altered for the better.

I'm just so grateful for this episode, got to see a lot of parallels to what I've been through, because of this I got to have better understanding now why I have to go through this process. No longer do I need to be asking why me. Also, the need to go through the GROUNDING stage has not been more clear than after hearing Ingrid's sharing all of her own experiences. This will help me a lot in transitioning from Grounding to ITS TiMe!!! This was a beautiful experience to know that there are maybe many more people that we know right now that are undergoing this ( not so easy) process. But, in a subtle sense profoundly SUBLIME. So grateful for this episode. THANKS to you Alex, and of course to you Ingrid.💕

As a child I remember two things that made me question what reality is. 1. I looked up at the stars at night and I suddenly thought "how far does it go? Where is the end? How did it get here?" 2. I recognised that I was looking out from myself, through my eyes, my thoughts were in my head. I thought "how come I can't think through someone else's mind? Why am I in this body and not that body? How did I get to be me?

Fabulous sharing in this episode. I love that she shared about traveling to other realms because I do. The Light Beings who began teaching me in 2012 took me to other realms. And the NDE experiencers, when speaking about what they feel, the extreme love and peace and the serenity is exactly what I felt when I was in the presence of these beings and in these other realms. So thank you, Ingrid, for sharing that experience that was not inside of your NDE. It will help bring remembrance. I began listening to your channel Alex because I Know my son experienced an NDE a month after his stroke in January 2022 when he bleed out. He was given 40 units of blood that day. The Chadd that came back from that day felt like Pure Love. He had no fear or frustration. His eyes told me so much because he still could not speak because of his trache. Ten days before his passing, they began working with him and a speaking valve, and he would turn to me and ask WHY. I knew in my soul he was not asking why he was in the hospital. It was much deeper than that. He passed in March 2022. He has not stopped being my Teacher. His Legacy of Light was/is about compassion. We are eternal beings. 💙

I totally get this. I recall the tunnel when I was born sick too, my parents had me in the hospital for 8 + weeks, and I recall being born (never been able to tell people- thinking their think I am crazy :-(, then died again… I have a disease making me the oldest and longest survivor with what I have. Battled since also lung cancer (had another NDE, VN amongst a few immune diseases. I know I had to come back and even met my kids, I was told at an early age after surviving, I could never have. These stories are amazing, since I didn’t know what NDE’s were prior! Thank you for this YT channel! Namaste/ blessings

I love Ingrid Honkala! She is amazing! And she is from Colombia (where I'm from too) Her scientific mind mixed with her spiritual experiences makes you realize that they are one and the same, one helping achieve the other. And she explains it so well, with metaphors and beautiful quotes. I've seen her interviews in Spanish before, so I was pleasantly surprised to see her on your channel. Loved this interview, thank you for bringing such amazing guests and for your fantastic work opening hearts and minds to the spiritual world!

Gratitude...yeah. I suffered a lot in my life too when I was younger. I come from a very religious family but somehow I know that there is more to life than just working your ass out to please God so your soul could be savef and eventually you'd go to heaven when you die. I was 19 when Maharishi Mahesh Yogi traveled to our country and talked about TM, higher self and consciousness. He was the one who initiated my journey to spirituality, gave me a mantra and was taught how to meditate. That was also when a lot of challenges started coming. Then I understood that was meant to test me so I could be awakened. Been 35 years now that I'm living in the next level soul.😇

This is easily the most important NDE I've heard so far (and I've watched dozens so far). I had to learn to be quiet, too. When I was younger I was considered a total space cadet because of how I talked about the non-corporeal realm. I had no filter since I believed at the time that everyone was just pretending they were unaware of it. Then I realized nearly everyone has a veil. What an eye opener. Since then, not even my husband of 35 years knows I'm quite aware of the non-corporeal realm.

Amazing. I believe I almost experienced something similar in 1989. I almost drowned but they pulled me out. I stayed under water for about 30 seconds after I lost all movement and I felt great emotion and saw a small light and no longer needed to breathe. They pulled me out as I was feeling a very soft warmth and excited as if something was about to happen

This to me is unfettered free-thinking for the purpose of knowing ourselves as we really are so that we can live as we really want to live. Ingrid had me captive and glued to this discussion for an hour and a half, She has so much electricity and such a joyful style of self-expression. It's riveting. Just loved everything she had to share with us. Thanks, Alex, for doing what you do. This is my spiritual growth watering hole. Just Awesome.

Ingrid Honkala IS THE REALNESS that we all are looking for, and the most humble person, packing huge, professional creditionals. She acquired all of the creditionals in the spiritual realm at age 2! She was exactly what I needed to see/hear this morning. She also is the definition of authenticity, credibility, and trustworthiness. Others that claim to have a spiritual connection with source who do a particular 'act', pale in comparison to what has been spoken by Ingrid Honkala. She has been, and I foresee will be, your greatest guest on your show.

I love Ingrid's account of her experiences. She is so Jovial, excitable, and animated. It is contagious and brings a smile to my face. She has a great sense of humor too. But the wisdom that she exudes is just beautiful in itself. She has reached a lot of people with her account and probably those people have planted seeds for others to grow. I share her story off and on. Happy New Year! 🎆🎈🎇🧨✨🎉🎊

Ingrid's story went right to the core of me. With all of her profound knowing, on this side of the veil and on the other, is amazing, yet she remains a being with the childlike wonderment that we all need to move toward enlightenment. Love this, love you, Alex for being so connected and bringing light and love to us all!

As a Brazilian I do love this conversation of the two of you. And my grandmother, who I love so much, was a Tesla. She was ahead of her time. 🙏🙏🙏🇧🇷

Omg such a similar story to mine, in so many ways. So great to hear the stories of others, thank you so much for sharing your story😊. I thought I was the only one who asked to be left alone at 18 because it was all too much and I couldn’t share my experiences with anyone. Had no one to guide me and just wanted to be normal. Curious if you also witnessed many miracles with the power of prayer? So many questions I’d love to ask!

Yes. I had an experience where I started seeing spirits at age 3. It was very scary. And I scared everyone around me and no one wanted to spend the night anymore.
