Went and did some digging on the missions that were sent in the outer space, towards the infinite cosmos and found that 5 such missions have been done and we are in regular contact with three such missions.

Man, I can’t believe so many people think the Heliopause is the boundary of the Solar system. Interstellar space is the region where the sun’s magnetic reach is too weak, while beyond the Oort Cloud is where the Sun’s gravitational reach is too weak
