Can i use NaCl 2400 mg, NaHCO3 400 mg jal neti salt ( by indo surgicals) for this purpose? How many grams to be used in 240 ml bottle?

Depends on the patient condition. Normally for 350 ml one teaspoon rock salt and half teaspoon baking powder us enough. For post operative Patient it is different.

Sir when i use nasal wash, right side normal feeling only. But when using on left nostril( that side im having more infection)my leftside forhead areas hurts so much and left eye watering. Why so?
