The green vege is tapioca shoots. The dish is called masak lemak pucuk ubi. Its called ayam kampung because such chickens are usually found in villages where they roam around to find food. Nowadays they called them free range chickens. Thats why the man said that its "original chicken".

A good way to eat the lemak is to mix the Sambal Belacan and rice. That's how i usually have it. Anyway, glad you enjoy your meal again! Sedap!!!!

Ayam kampung is free range chicken because before we have chicken that sale in market, we Malaysian always raisaing our own chicken usually the chicken were raise at village(kampung) free range until they have raise the chicken commercially

Our sedap guy,Karl Chu came with this rural chicken menu. Looks good. Boleh Tahan. But he didn't order for 2nd rounds. Hehe. Next time go to Temerloh Pahang. I heard, there is Ikan Patin masak tempoyak. Best in Pahang and Temerloh. Sedap, sedap king.

ayam kampung is freerange chicken they are not keep in small cage and freely move in the farm....also not injected any hormone to make them big like farm chicken its little bit more expensive than normal chicken

Hello chu. Happy friday who's watching lately usually upload every Thursday but very lucky I'm still on time watching. Really delicious with ayam kampung which is a fried chicken but Malay style usually Indonesian were most popular but still tastes SEDAP and delicious. This chicken is no fatty, compare to other chicken, they will inject the chicken to make the chicken grow faster, soft and more fatty, but for ayam kampung the chicken is natural grow no any medium make them grow, it just natural grow n more nutrients. Sorry for my bad English. Hahaha
