52973 Mhow Akola Passenger led by Mhow YDM4. Train takes around 6 minutes to climb on the bridge. This bridge is located in the Melghat Tiger Reserve
Dhulghat Spiral is located in Amravati district in state of Maharashtra in India. It is a unique spiral located on Akola-Khandwa metre gauge section of South Central Railway of India.
It is also called 'Char Cha Akda' in Marathi and 'Char Ka Aankda' in Hindi, both meaning 'Digit of Four' due to its shape similar to that of '4' in Devnagari script.

Itna khubsurat section pr afsos kisine ek baar bhi nahi socha ki in hazaaro logon ka kya hoga jo is railway station pr nirbhar hai. Kam se kam paryatan ki drishti se hi is route ko shuru rakh sakte the. Jaise Patalpani Kalakund section aur mavali marewad metre gauge section ko sarkaar paryatan ke liye use surakshit rakha hai is section ko bhi bachaana chahiye tha.

Indian Railways (April 2018) Is to preserve 5 Of Its Metre-Gauge Lines ... the Visavadar-Talala line in Gujarat(42 km), the Mhow-Patalpani-Kalakand line in Madhya Pradesh (30 km), the Mavli Junction-Marwar Junction line in Rajasthan (162 km), the Nanpur-Mailani line in Uttar Pradesh (171 km) and the Mahur-Harangjao metre-gauge line in Assam (47 km)

no. modi government divert the route from melghat tiger reserve. ab hamesha ke liye vilupt ho jayega ye route.

Simply awesome !! The view of the landscape at o:50 is like a Van Gogh painting.....How many different shades of green ! And the lovely tractor like whirring noise of the YDM4. The brown coaches meaning vacuum brakes. I bet it is lower quadrant or MAUQ semaphore signals ? Superb...very sad this is now railway archives and history..I hate progress !!!!

You are right. They will demolish all the historic relics like station buildings granite bridges etc on the route in the name of gauge conversion. I saw this damage done during Palakkad- Pollachi BG conversion. So sad
