I’ve started seeing Cover FX on my instagram lately, too. It makes your already beautiful skin look flawless. You’re ready for a nice Valentine’s dinner! It’s also one of my favorite holidays, a bright spot in the middle of winter and a special day to share with my husband. I usually give him a bottle of wine and his favorite chocolates from Napa Valley, and he gives me beautiful roses that I have to keep my cat Lilly from devouring. She’s obsessed, so I either have to hide them in the pantry or put them on the patio table, and even then she tries to sneak in or looks at them longingly through the window. 😂 This weekend, my daughter Natalie, who lives in Seattle, is leading her Quidditch team to Western Nationals in Roseville, just north of Sacramento. We’re going to take our dog Chloe and drive up for the day and bring her a pineapple upside down cake, because it’s also her birthday! Sunday is all about the Super Bowl! Go Niners!!! I have a few life verses, but one of mine is Matthew 11:28-30. “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” This one truly picks me up when I have the weight of the world on my shoulders. It helps me remember to give that weight back to God. Xxxooo

Hi Dawn, what a pretty look!! Your hair is getting so long!! We have been having the cold and snow storms again. I was going to tell you I have to have the sun shine!!! I agree up in Alaska where it wasn't cold just dark and gloomy rain and wind all the time!!! It was so depressing! I was born an raised there so was my dad. I miss how green it was but not the weather!! My husband was from AZ so we moved down here in 98. After the Pulp Mill shut down. And I can say I have to have the sun!!! We live up in the mountains so now it is cold and snow but the sun comes out and it looks like a winter wonderland ❤ !! I could never live in weather like that again! Glad you are feeling better ❤❤

Such a pretty look (love your hair, as you know -lol)😉I suffer from anxiety/depression as well, like so many others but has gotten worse the last 3 or so yrs😥I do my regular walks, Pilates, make sure to carve out time for me now my kids are older but as you know that's not always easy - ha! I wish we had Pure Barre classes here btw as they sound perf👍Oh well. Our sweet lil fur baby helps me so much too - such a comfort. innocent, unconditional love🐕💗I just love Kenny - so cute!! I find it so refreshing how open you are about your mental health - it's comforting to me/helps as you give good advice. Thx for sharing💜

I cried with Isaiah 42:18 because it's been many years since God has started to use his mighty hand in my life precisely with this word. Also, yesterday, I linked this verse to Psalm 77 19 A pathway no one knew was there ... In other words, the Lord IS the path and our compass. That's why He also tells us that He goes before us (Deuteronomy 31:8). When I don't know my path, I have to follow my Lord. I struggle also. What encourages me a lot is Romans 8 28. If I can recommend a book that helped me it’s called THE POWER OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND by Joseph Murphy . It has helped me so much . Has some religious content as well . If I had your address I’d love to send it to you. I always love how you do your makeup you’re so pretty. Valentine’s Day is sad for me after my break up but I’ll go visit my nephew . I have an appointment with my doctor next week because my anxiety is getting worse and turning into panic attacks not to mention the random crying spells from the depression. I’ve debated an antidepressant but I think that may be the best choice for me currently because I just need some relief.
