Hi Lexi, I have to say while both products look beautiful on you, neither of them called to me upon launch. Maybe the shades just weren't my thing and I didn't immediately gravitate towards them. Thanks so much for the detailed review! I’m passing on all of this. For some reason, I never seem to love ND products, so this palette doesn’t even tempt me. And I immediately thought of those Chanel high pigment lipsticks when you were describing the TF, and then of course you talked about the similarities. So yeah, I don’t need these (especially at that price!). Really appreciate your honest thoughts, as always!

Man! I thought Chanel was a bad value until I saw this Tom Ford. Outrageous. However, you look beautiful in both. Actually I kind of love the 100 on you best. As for the ND palette, thanks for eliminating my FOMO. Those eye colors look like things I have. And the bronzer/contour is too warm for many people like you and me. Sure, you can use them as eye colors, but it kind of defeats the all-face purpose. Your idea of her making a warm and cool version of this is brilliant. Would have changed everything. Cool bronzer/contour is right my my alley. Thanks for the review!💚

Hi Lexi! Thank you for demoing ND’s new face palette and TF’s new slim lipsticks, and especially for sharing your candid opinion about both. I agree with you on all points - nice products but…. Honestly, I am surprised by ND’s lackadaisical attitude of “good enough” and, conversely, TF’s arrogant attitude of “if there’s a TF on it and the packaging is new, they’ll pay any price.” In the end, sales numbers will determine whether both brands’ gambles will have paid off. Thanks again. As always, I look forward to your next video.

I love the idea of a face palette but I find there's always one or two shades that don't suit. I agree that a warm & cool version would have been ideal. Have already ordered so it looks like I'll be wearing the bronzers as eyeshadows. I do like that the eyeshadow pans are interchangeable with her midi palettes though. As for TF it's a no for me as I already have too many lip products & I can't justify that price tor the amount of product. I do love that red shade though.

Hi Lexi! I like the idea of this palette - especially one for packing and travel - but I’ve invested in multiple Cle’ de Peau eyeshadow palettes and Radient lipsticks - as well as Westman Atelier blush and contour sticks. I prefer what I already have. I like the quality of TF lipsticks. I always keep favorites in my purse. The most important lipstick characteristic for me is moisture - I have super dry lips. Thanks for modeling new offerings as they come to market! ❤❤

Hi Lexi, I always count on your reviews in order to make wise luxury makeup purchases. I saw another beauty content creator compare these colors to colors in the Natasha Deanna Glam palette and they were so close. I have so much blush already and I prefer cool tone bronzers. Thanks !

Yes, I feel like these shades are close to ones she has in glam and i need a nude, and so many others. I wish they were a bit more unique but this is a great intro or round up of every day shades for people who just want one thing.

I’m a such a sucker for packaging.! The TF component keeps speaking to me. It’s so pretty and Iconic Nude and Open Back look like beautiful shades. The ND palette has a bit of appeal to me since I love a good one and done shadow. I think I’ll wait for a sale on both!

Great video Lexi! I’m not going in for either of these products (the ND palette or TF slim lipsticks) but it was great to see them in action! I think that light contour/bronzer shade in the ND palette suits your skin tone really well!! And the blushes mixed are nice too. I’m curious about the new formula but not *quite* enough to buy it bc I have so many of these shades that I already love. I hope she comes out with more shades/palettes in this formula that are a little more intriguing to me!

Lexi, I know the ND palette might be shades we have but I like it’s all in one palette for travel. I like we can remove shadows to change it up if we want. I purchased but still waiting to receive. Also like the easiness of using with finger if want. The TF lippies are indeed pigmented and remind me of Chanel. Thank you for the review & swatches!! 😊🌺

Hi Lexi, I think for many people who like ND brand this is a nice every day and good for travelling palette. I don’t like the brand and it’s a hard pass for me. Regarding TF lipsticks I don’t like the shape and the colours are too deep for me. So it’s a hard pass as well. Thanks for sharing!🙂

I really like the shadows in the ND palette, but I don’t like the cheek powder shades. They are a little drab looking and esthetically they look like kids makeup to me in the pans. I don’t really like face/eye palettes anyway. I just don’t use them both ways because I have to store them apart from my other products of their type, and I just forget to use them. I really like how the shadows looked on your eyes though, and I’m interested in the new formula. I wish I could just get the shadows! The TF lipsticks are beautiful! Velvet Tux is gorgeous on you! For $50 I can’t believe it’s so little product. I know I’d go through it so quickly! I loved your earrings (as usual), I saw you had linked them and you have a code! YAY!!!!🎉 I love it! You have the coolest earrings and I’m glad jewelry companies are recognizing that. As an aside, Alexis Bittar should have an affiliate code for you pronto (I don’t know if they do that or not, but if not, they should start with you!) I’ve gotten so many Alexis Bittar pieces because of you! Whenever you wear Alexis Bittar and I end up going over to their site and browsing around!

I gotta pick up one of those Tom Ford. I've only ever gone through one lipstick in my entire life and I have repurchased it 3 times! It's a discontinued Dior shade. So I'll treat myself to a TF. ND pulled out of Sephora Canada so I don't pay any attention to her releases anymore sadly.

Did u see the new Guerlain summer collection they have pearly wgite metories new pink bee glow a brush and new quad featuring 2 duochrom shades but looks pink and warm :( those meteorites look up ur alley ,i bet they would look great on u and i guess they are offering their previous permeant shades in the pretty limited packaging. Lenallure has a pic up on her community page i guess it releases in Japan on the 1st I really wish they would do more cool toned quads all lean pretty warm except moon

These are stronger in pigmentation and last longer on the lips. The cdp have a similar smoothness texturally but they aren't very long wearing imo. The cdp also have more of a glossy finish than these (also glossy but just not the same level). Personally between the two, the cdp feel more nourishing.

Girl i was just on Marcai scaning around lol and saw the brand new not released Chanel lipsticks in the white package 6ock and 7 ock for 85$ each. I am guessing someone works at a boutique and put them up before launch .i forgot to add the point of my comment to maybe call ur boutique tomorrow and see if u can get them sense i saw it up on Macari and it was a seller from NY and i know u use a jersey boutique

also, each to their own, but i'm so over natasha denona. the quality is ALL over the place and she's not doing anything that interesting. the last thing I liked was when she released all those nude lipsticks, but then that formula was so dry!. IDK. personally I need more than what all these brands are doing!

I'm very disappointed and bored by the TF... I lost count how long it's been since they released any spring or summer light colours... It's all nudes and reds 😐 are there no other colours? Every other brand has better colour offerings available...

I agree. I'm waiting for some light, soft shades that TF used to make. Not the light eyeshadows in the past few years that are basically invisible but the classics like pretty baby and sugar glider lipstick.
