I am reading your cookbook in bed right now 😅 (mom life!) I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your hard work making these videos and your new cookbook. You have taught me so much and some of your recipes are written down to use for years to come. My family didn't cook, so I've self taught myself everything. People such as yourself have made that possible. I now have two boys who have been in the kitchen as infants and my two year old can roll out dough on his own already. Natasha, I just received your recipe book and I’m so excited. You did not disappoint. I read recipe cookbooks like a great nonfiction book! I’ve read it in two days; cover to cover. It’s wonderful. You provided many well known foods but with easy directions. You also provided some innovative ideas such as crepe charcuterie board which I will definitely do this for family during a Buffalo Bills game. My only critique is not to include making sandwiches as a recipe! I recommend doing sandwiches after you make the ingredients; not just putting items into buns/rolls. I have used up a pack of post-its to place recipes I want to make immediately. I have to go back and number them as there are too many 😂. Thank you so much It’s wonderful

I just made this recipe, and Yummm so delish! This fudgey banana bread smells amazing before and after baking.I used Ghirardelli cocoa (not Dutch processed) and it gave it a rich chocolate flavor; the hints of banana are what makes this recipe stand out. I had extra bananas so made a second batch for the office. I'll definitely make this again and again, kudos Natasha!

I took this out of the oven and it's cooling down! I changed a few things. I used shortening instead of butter, I used allulose in place of sugar, I used Lily's brand no sugar added chocolate chips, and I added two mashed up sugar free chocolate chocolate chip cookies on top with the rest of the chocolate chips. Smells very good and I'm looking forward to trying this! Just ordered your cookbook and am looking forward to going through it!

I just made this bread, it's still warm and I've eaten 2 pieces. 😂 Everything about it is perfect. It's light, not heavy, which is how I like my banana bread. It's so wonderfully chocolatey. My wife makes a delicious banana bread and was getting ready to make one , her recipe. Instead she going to follow your recipe. You're in competition with maybe the best banana bread in our large family. I'll let you know the results. 😊 Your cookbook arrived this AM. I expected it to be a spiral book. It's a gorgeous book with beautiful photos of the recipes and such quality paper for pages. It's the kind of cookbook that should be displayed prominently on the kitchen counter. Having made several of your recipes I have no doubt this cookbooks recipes will be tasty. Loved 9, Something Sweet. My wife and I have a similar story. Our story - I asked her to marry me 10 days into dating she said yes, returned to Vietnam for 6 months. Came home 6 days later we married.

Hi Natasha, I hope you're doing well and enjoying your experience in Florida. That's a nice place for your tour. You should come here for your tour! I feel like you're an expedient chef in the way how you spontaneously prepared your videos and save them for a premiere in your vacation spot. Your cookbook is only like 4 days away and I'm excited to get it from my front door! You've been devious throughout the years, which is astounding. This dessert is absolutely perfect for fall. And speaking of that, I can't wait to try out your fall recipes from your cookbook! And good luck on your book tour around the US. I'm sorry that I couldn't attend any of your tours since it won't be at nor anywhere near where I live. I wish you a good luck and I always have faith and love in you since I know you're garrulous. Btw, tomorrow is the Mid-Autumn Festival, so we'll enjoy mooncake along with this delicious cake. Good job, as always. P.S. stay tuned for a friend to say hi to
