The best part for me was when Nate got the gun for the first time and then Uncharted theme plays... That made this movie one of the most entertaining and likable ones for me.

I still haven’t seen the movie but hearing Nolan’s voice almost put me in tears. I grew up with the uncharted series and loved every single game. Especially uncharted 2.

his age stopped him. the studio wanted a young drake so if the movie did well they could turn it into a big franchise and make many more for years to come. with an older drake it would be harder.

Same. I played through all the Uncharted games when I got the Nathan Drake Collection, before playing a Thief's End. And I can certainly say Uncharted is one of my favourite exclusive series that came out on the PlayStation. It's honestly sad, but was also fulfilling to play Nathan's story front and back to the end, and to say goodbye to such a great character. Chloe's game, Lost Legacy was just as amazing to play through when Naughty Dog gave players an opportunity to play as Chloe in her own spin-off and know a bit more about her and why she got into the treasure-hunting business.

Hearing the Uncharted theme song play while seeing Nolan North on screen is like hearing the Batman Animated Series theme song and seeing Kevin Conroy or hearing the Transformers theme song and seeing Peter Cullen. It's just way too awesome that words can't even express the sensation.

Sad thing was, when I saw this part I was the only one in the theatre who freaked out, no one else seemed to understand. I had to explain to my friend who Nolan North was. And why this scene was so great.

I literally cried tears of happiness in the theater during this part. No other game series has made me feel the way Uncharted has. Not even close. Some games have fun gameplay but a boring story that doesn’t keep me engaged some have a good story but the gameplay doesn’t keep me engaged but Uncharted was just perfect all round. I can only hope and pray that we get more Uncharted games in the future.

It's totally my headcanon that this movie takes place in the same continuity as the games. The original Nathan Drake has retired, and Tom Holland's character is an up-and-comer who just happens to have the exact same name.

If they ever make a sequel to this movie, they should have a cameo like this only have Nolan North be with Emily Rose and have him introduce her as his wife to Tom Holland who would be with an actor to play Elena in this movie. And if they made a 3rd one have them meet again only with Richard McGonacle and Troy Baker, Nolan introduces them as his dad and brother to Tom, Mark Wahlberg and the actor they’ve got playing Sam in the movies.

people who make Mandilorian, Boba Fett, they would have used the voice actor, instead of just being on the beach. Just saying it would have been better Drake is older anyway.

I’ve been doing a lot of the earlier Assassins Creed games and I find it so funny hearing Nolan North’s voice and hearing both Nathan Drake and Desmond Miles

I actually liked this movie. I don't get why so many people didn't. But even so, there is no denying this was one of the highlights.

For me it was bad casting. Tom Holland is not a bad actor but I don't think he was the right choice here. It should've been Nolan North himself or Nathan Filion who looks a lot like Nathan Drake.

@@MarkoVuckovic32 They're both way too old. Look at that fan film with Nathan Fillion. He did absolutely incredible in the wise cracking dialogue part, but when they got to the action sequence it was like watching a geriatric grandpa shuffle around trying not to break a hip.

Nolan North and James C. Burns are the only voice actors who can make me watch an entire disaster of a movie or show, just for their cameo appearances. And I'm talking about this film and Euphoria specifically lol. I honestly don't know which one is worse though.

Wouldn't work for a Young Nate. That Young Nate from The Uncharted 4 Flashback and U3 flashback? Tom is that version. And they might change VA's for a Middle Aged Nate and maybe Nolan North for the Old Nate.

I'd value the Uncharted games over this movie cause it had an awful script that felt untrue to the fans. Sure Nolan North was a nice treat as a cameo but even he couldn't save this train wreck of a film.

If this gets sequels it would be funny if Nolan plays a Stan Lee sorta role where he just keeps popping up referencing the games. Hell maybe we could get the Spiderman pointing meme of them recognising that they met before.

When that theme played in the theatre i knew who it was nobody in the theatre knew who he was I was hell yeah man he got a cameo in the movie and the others in the theatre were like he’s just a random person
