I ordered and downloaded your ProPresenter template package. Thank you, it looks like it should be helpful with some things that I was attempting to do and enables me to tweak a few to do even more.

I really wish they would just add cloud syncing like Proclaim and other options.

I'm assumming you have to have everything on both computers for this exporting/sharing to function properly. Just seems unintuitive and that offering cloud storage at an extra fee would make this much easier.

There is something you didn't mention regarding one seat license usage on two different operating system. I've heard that you can't use that same license on mac and windows, that the first operating system on which you used the license has to be the same to switch the license to. Did it change or not?

Thanks for the info. Is it possible to have get macros from the presentation computer to the setup computer? I have used sync (up from presentation computer/down to setup computer) bur macros seem to be very inconstantly applied.

I have a question. We have our library on the Mac at the church. We are mostly all volunteers. I am the leader and work all week without getting a chance to edit the lyrics prior to service. (Probably normal…? lol) I want to edit the library remotely, is this an option? Is there a way to access the library from home?

This video was helpful but, in our situation, I am trying to figure out how to make this all work for volunteers that may not be as comfortable with the tech. I also want the presentations to be ready to go when volunteers enter the A/V booth. The way it works in the church office means that the person making the presentation will put in the arrangements and media, including the backgrounds for the songs. We are in the process of setting up and training right now. There are mobility issues when it comes to getting to the A/V computer which necessitates using another computer to create each week's service presentation. Here is what I would love to know......is there a way to save the presentation so that the links to the media they selected for the songs and the arrangements are part of the file? I understand from the renewed vision help page that perhaps the best or only way to do this is to create a sync across both computers. Rather than using the network, we would likely just use an external hard drive and sync the computers each week. We may move over to using the network eventually if we do this, it is just difficult to get the time of the person who would need to set this up and so it might take a while. I prefer the idea of having the library on both computers after watching your video but, that may not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You start out with "Setup ProPresenter on one computer, Present on another" and then get off on a different tangent showing stuff I don't know about! This whole Pro P thing is an over complicated software and was a complete waste of money for our C. It's supposed to be "easy" Repeat, Waste of money as an old version of Power Point would work for most church's.
