The instructors would literally pay music producers to have TAPES re-mastered with higher beats per minute for like hours of music! I knew a lot of them. They had to have hours of continuous music without having to rewind, in order to teach 30-60-90 minute classes.

During the 1980’s I belonged to a gym that had the best aerobic instructors. They would kick out butts! These types of classes are no longer offered in any gyms. I really miss working out like this-of course my body can’t do those high kicks or continuance high impact moves anymore-but I still miss this style of workout

The North : Snow forest no humans only bears and elks The Town : Were everybody dresses fancy like 80s and 90s and live in epic sloping streets. The South : people live like the 50s. Rock n roll or country, old cars or motos and a lot of corn farmes. (BTW at the same age I was also sure Arnold Schwarzenegger was secretly a superhero when he wasn't doing his job actor and Ronald McDonald was friend with Walt Disney .... I worked at a radio station. Every commercial and every show is kept in archive at every station, even back in the day on magnetic tape. All of the VHS would have been transferred to hard drive long ago. Today any of these competitors could call the network and get a copy emailed to them.
