In the scene where they are encouraging each other before the show, the subtitles are not very accurate. I translated the scene where they are encouraging the second-year students who were given important solos in this show. 5:08～ Absolutely you can! You can do it so easily! Don't be anxious! You'll be fine! We've got your back. I've got more support than a cushion. (everyone laugh) We use in gym class. (Student on left) Look at Yui(DM)'s face and play (the trumpet) !

Before the prefecture competition, the DM took her aside to reassure her that she was chosen for the solo because the band was confident in her ability and to (rough translation) "Look at me and we'll play it together".

Thank you for that. The way it was translated didn’t make any sense to me lol. Figured it wasn’t translated correctly. Your translation sounds good to me. Don’t know about the cushion part, unless it was to ease the tension in the room and get everybody to relax a little.

first time winning the gold award,congrats my favorite marching band SHS TACHIBANA,,! Okamoto-san is there Drum Major 2015 i think.

Hands up all those who gave a silent cheer (or in my case a loud one!) when she nailed that opening trumpet solo! I have to admit to also being a huge fan of The Seika Girls SHS Band who usually win the National Finals - this win for Tachibana brought an and to a winning run for the Seika Girls albeit temporarily! But on this day with this performance, Tachibana were without doubt Number 1 - NO ARGUMENT!! Super reaction again Kris, I hope that the band watches you because you say everything we feel! Love from The U.K.

I felt that Kris looked at the high school students in this video with a very sincere eye. I think the reason is that Kris herself is a person who can have dignity to anyone else. It's as if the borders of the Earth that someone had drawn don't exist here.

この大会から規約が変更になり、床置きのパーカッションができなくなった経緯があり、京都橘高校吹奏楽部はすべてのパーカッションを初めて身につけて演奏をしました。また、バンドコーチ等から提案され、バスドラムを縦でも横でも叩けるように加工、それも生徒の身内による手作りにて製作。シングの途中、バスドラムを横に倒し、更に位置も下げて叩いています。ラストはバスドラムを回転させて終わるという奇策の演出までしました。規約の変更が、結果として京都橘高校吹奏楽部にとって、より工夫を促すことにもつながり、ゴールド金賞となった経緯があるんです。

i love tachibana brass band to me is the best worldwide girls band plus i love one of the girls she is a saxophone girl brown skin and i call my girlfriend please dont ask me why because she dont know it ok but she is not longer or play any more with the band because she grow up she play from 2011 to 2019 i love her alot any why i love every single girl play for this beautiful band BLESSINGS TO ALL THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRLS AND THE BOYS Especialmente a mi novia la chica del saxofon

Someone duplicated their 2015 competition routine using animation in Miku Miku Dance. The only difference is they spelled out FRIENDS instead of TACHIBANA at the beginning. There is a side-by-side comparison here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/itCKotOcmKmnY4U.html
