Not having money to produce his videos, let alone his music, lead to him using his creativity as well as that of those around him and the end result is both simple and spectacular! The music industry can learn something from him. I honestly haven’t really enjoyed new music for many many years now, until I found Ren. Now I get excited by each new song of his, and from listening to anything he made in the past!

I watched the reaction your boy Joe E did and in the comments Luke Flegg (I think that's his name) said there was a couple of cuts. Both times it was when getting in and out of the car but the rest of the vid is one take. Regardless props to Luke he did a phenomenal job on this one.

Well, Ren did say that originally Murderer was coming out before Animal Flow but he changed things up. However, if you watch all the videos released so far for Sick Boi, it does tell a visual story. The pig picks up Ren and kidnaps a guy, in Animal Flow the very same guy is tied up at the beginning of the song and the animals are rising up to follow Ren at the end, in Illest of our Time the animals along with Ren face off against the humans, in Sick Boi Ren is dealing with delusions and seeking medical treatment(were the animals all in his head?) and in Hi Ren he's coming to terms with his psychosis.The song For Joe, isn't an album track it was just a side thing he did and with Ren's trip back to Wales to visit Joe's family, it made sense to release Suicide out of order, but it could very well have ended chronologically being either the opening track before giving into the delusions(animal figures) that lead him on a destructive path though the videos, or the final track after Hi Ren. It'll be interesting to see what order the songs are on the album and then watching the videos in that order.

Oxfam is a charity shop here in UK mostly selling clothes.. and Rens attire could be said to be a bit 90s, 30 years old etc and you could probably find gems like it in Oxfam. Also having been a student in Brighton I know first hand the scene and there is a whole culture behind vintage worns, second hand charity shops etc in Brighton and the Lanes in Brighton is full of little quirky shops like that. When the camera comes back out of the car window, there is a white car parked at the end of the line on the right, that isn't there when the camera is in the car. Its still a very sick transition.

It's 2 takes. They had to make some cuts at the end when the camera man was getting out of the car. But up to that point it's all one take. Just getting out of the car at the end was difficult

The other songs ARE related cause they're of the same album. Last night, Ren said the rest of "Sic Boy" album is coming out 1 song a week for the next 4 weeks. Yippee!!

I think the Body in the trunk has its Appearance in Animal Flow (timestamp 0:16 the person with the tied up Hands next to the Pig Mask Guy) So he was kidnapped in Murderer and brought to the Animal Farm :D

It can be a one take! Pig gets out of the car first. as he's passing opens the door for the cameraman. the cameraman slides out: nice flowing gymnastics , it's doable.

People saying in and out of the car required cuts, but it didn't. In and out of the car is just passing the camera between two people through the open window. No cuts needed.

As to whether its a 1 take. I think the camera is passed to mutliple camera people.. as the scene goes in and out of the car. i think someone was already in the backseat as Ren got into the car and the camera was passed to that person.. then when the car stops the camera was passed back out again. I don't know if its the same person doing the direction and camera work (Sam) but I get a Stanley Kubrick influence to they way they shoot and direct things

I might be wrong (but i'm not usually) !!! The transition into and out of the car was as simple as handing the camera off to a guy hiding n the back footwell. I do believe it was a full one take.

I think it's definitely a 1 take. I was trying to figure out the car transition, and to be it send like there were 2 videographers. To me the camera was passed to the 2nd camera man already sitting in the car through the window because the back window was always rolled down. While the camera was looking ahead woke they were dragging the body I think the camera man in the car laid down to not be captured in the shot. Pretty slick camera work

It is a one take, the entering and existing the car is multiple camera guys passing the camera through the window to eachother and lying down and sitting up so they do not get caught in the shot, the black and white is a pretty simple edit for an editor. You can also see the pig guy leave the car.
