Pokedex binders are great. Those cards might not be the rarest but I enjoy the variety and how different this type of collection can be from person to person.

Yes, gives you a chance to focus on other pokemon cards besides just the top chase cards in each new set.

I've been working on my pokédex binder too. A suggestion is to keep all the cards in sleeves in binders. That prevents them from sliding around.
